Lord Neuberger’s call for open justice are welcome

Lord Neuberger happens to be blacklisted among victims of white collar crime. But on good days he can still SAY the right things. What is DONE, is a different thing after all…

This Guardian article upholds at least

the principle that justice is done in public, and what goes on in courts is open to public scrutiny. He focuses some key aspects of public access to the justice system.

My mum would say: “his words into the ear of god…”

Maybe this will even reach the falsely imposed legal secrecy surrounding The Stealing of Baby Harley, Privacy and Public Interest in family law, state kidnapping, forced acoptions and generally the white collar crimes committed by police, social workers, court staff, judges and lawyers???

In knowing a little of the law but not much, I can see it, so please do not tell me that those that know the law are not aware of it?
I recently sent a media article out to some, which stated our judges have decided drug addicts are going to be allowed to lawfully carry enough large amounts of drugs which could kill but will not be against the law?
I couple this with how a burglar can break into our home and if I defend my family I could possibly be sued and have to pay the burglar damages?
Firstly should in any democracy it not be the main priority of any government to protect society – So are these unlawful acts proposed by the justice system not an unlawful conflict of interest with government? = NO GOVERNMENT PROTECTION
Secondly philosophical law (upon which all things are based) states the law is there as the basis and for the assurance of the existence of society – Where in allowing law breakers to knowingly break the law is this not an unlawful conflict of interest too our very existence? = NO PROTECTION FOR ANY EXISTENCE
Thirdly the law is supposed to be there to lawfully protect the people, then are these two mentioned facts, not an unlawful conflict of interest within the law itself? =NO PROTECTION FROM MANY CRIMINALS AND MANY CRIMES
I believe this says what government really thinks of British society, and if it does not then why have they unlawfully allowed it?

Come on then Lord Neuberger dont tells us what we already know; lets have some immediate action in getting this most seriour matter sorted and victims of crime given restitution/s and finality for such violations!!…..Or are you going to rely on Hitlers law on Legal Advice (from 1935,[derived from the Riechstag Fire Decree) as your escape route???
