Is the chap behind the class action the same Sam Hallimond of whom this has been said by his former partner?
“I can confirm he is a fraud. he took my name when we were engaged. He has at least 7 children in total that we now know of including my 4yr old whom he hasnt even sent birthday cards to nevermind contributed to financially. He conned my family out of around £20,000 and he has already been prosecuted by trading standards for operating a fraudlent company (only 3 years ago). Very sorry for anybody affected by his evil.”
Has anyone seen any document from the International Court of Justice acknowledging the claim form? And what does it mean that the claim is ‘signed’ by 100 people?

Well, that is certainly interesting, Ben!
The truth is that I have NOT heard back from him.
But at least I haven’t had to give him any money!
