Once again: you cannot believe it, for you can’t imagine it.
Norman Scarth was born in 1926. He proudly wears the medals he earned fighting against the threat of complete Tyranny. Now in his eighties, his latter years of his retirement have been hijacked by constant harassment and targeting from the authorities. This is the kind of tyranny he and so many others fought – and died fighting against. (And still exist in SO many countries across the world).
Links below set out the history of his case. The Help Norman Campaign calls for sending him things to prison.
He is now imprisoned for 6 months and we fear for his welfare (when detained previously he was roughly handled and injured). His ‘CRIME': AUDIO RECORDING IN COURT.

This BBC story was uploaded to YouTube in March 2009. Once again, it may only concern you if your own house is at stake.
Mr Ebert lost his home thanks to the collusion of the Land Registry, but there were a few other fraudsters involved.
His case will be heard in Hendon Magistrates Court, The Hyde, Hendon, London NW9 7BY on Thursday, 21/07/2011 at 10.00 am.

“This is crime” Gerald Carroll says on this video, once running the third largest private business empire in the UK. Today he is BANKRUPT and he believes his life is in danger!… Sounds familiar?
“Systematically defrauded of millions and millions of pounds!”
SkyNews seems to be the only mainstream media outlet interested in his story:
There are a 154 videos on the YouTube channel PublicInterests where the comments are significant reading. It introduces itself by

Here’s Phone Hacking as an Emergency Debate, where you can add an annotation. I don’t know, however, who reads them.
Here’s The Telegraph’s report where Chis Bryant MP compares Murdoch to Berlusconi.
And here’s the Hacked Off petition to sign, initiated by the Media Standards Trust.

This was the Freedom of Information (FoI) request to the Association of Chiel Police Officers (ACPO), made by Paul Randle-Jolliffe.
Paul is asking about crimes committed in public or private family law matters.
Victims of other white collar crimes have established long ago that there is a Memorandum of Understanding between ACPO and the Law Society which would, of course, cover family law, too.
Whilst the FoI request says that it’s waiting for an ‘internal review’, it will be interesting to read the outcome!
John Hemming MP offered to look into 2 – 3 well evidenced cases!
Meanwhile, you can put your own observation / case as “annotation”. But don’t go into rants, please.

Advocacy, Campaigning, Daily Mail, David Cameron, Publicity
The Daily Mail speaks our mind once again: Legal aid fees for David Cameron’s older lawyer brother hushed up. So the cuts affect the public’ but not the ‘private’ legal profession.
Already on 18th June the Mail published: How crime DOES pay: 500 legal aid barristers earning more than the PM.
- Peter Oakes spots the articles
- Maurice J Kirk BVSc calls it the public gravy train
- Patrick Cullinane talks about HM Partnership
- I would like those who can make a difference save their face by turning our dishonest money system into one that is sustainable, honest and thus more equitable. But then I am too idealistic aka naive while ‘they’ will make sure to keep their noses in the trough, as some would say, while we need to continue to challenge the effects of such bad habits, whether it’s the financial or the legal profession or both, while politicians are the fallguys (or not).
In any case, so-called public servants are clearly just doing it in the NAME of the ‘general public’ but not in reality.
Who would be generous enough to do something for ‘the public’ rather than themselves and their old boy’s network?
We can only keep trying so that we can live with our conscience, and we will see whether Stewart Jackson MP will join our cause!
