In the event of Norman’s premature death through stress and denial of medication, Leeds Prison and all its governing bodies, along with Justice Wyn Williams, are risking Corporate Homicide Prosecution, for a new law comes into force on 1 September 2011.

As if they’re ever likely to do that to themselves…’best case scenarios’….fine? even so, paid to themselves? like when the Royal mail gotfined £16M, then prompty got £25M back couple months later? it’s govt, to and from THEMSELVES and it was never theis in the first lace as they stole it from the slaves via what they euphamistically term ‘taxation’….
Most likely they promt themselves for it!

what you mean like the one that makes it illegal for soemone to murder somebody else by putting on a disguise, creeping up behind the victim and then shooting them seven times in the head? all they need to do is claim to be sufering from the ‘i’m a non physical entity delusion’ after the fact and it’s instant promotion…..hopefully to a place where they can do less damage!

here’s another thought….if ‘permission’ to record was given, then not revoked, does that not amount to entrapment? although i think that may have also been legalised years ago…..

Sabine – Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone is taking much of a risk with this legislation.
The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 has been around a few years now ….. yet only one successful prosecution has been brought to date. Hardly enough to have the Prison authorities quaking in their Corporate boots I suspect !!!!

how can a non physical entity kill anybody anyway? bit of a technicality i suppose but it is not actually possible to prosecute something that doesn’t exist never m,ind convict….
until people are held responsible for what people do the situation is never goingt to improve…
