I can’t help but be suspicious. More ‘law’ tends to always makes things worse— calling it one thing and doing the opposite in the small print.
The only sensibl;e thing is LESS law, surely? not more? and enforcement of the one’s that already exist….like putting people on trial for murder when they put on disguises, creep up behinf people and shoot them in the head rather than promote to royal protection squad…(?)….from breaking into peoples homes and attacking them, to selling the happy footage to TV companies as entertainment, to selling people’s personal info to private companies in exchange for kickbacks, it’s irrelevant whether they personally profit or not (they do in the form of a salary and gold plated pension), from abducting people, children and torturing them…they dnt even bother to claim to be non-physical entities anymore….if the perps were proseccuted for their crimes there would actually be less REAL crime as the perps wd either be in jail or DETERRED rather in position of power/ policy makers….
how is more law going to stop that when they refuse to enforce their own laws against themselves?
there is only one thing that will put a stop to that….

Less is more, in this case, because the only way to get fewer provisions, is to enact new provisions that repeal the provisions you want to get rid of.

I would prefer a simple transfer of power from family courts to criminal courts

I took the PhD away. I guess it was my fantasy. And I am positively biased due to my appreciation of what he does for snatched children and secret prisoners, as the only MP!
