“The fair criticism of judges and judicial decisions is not only quite clearly a right, there are also occasions when there may be a duty to do it”

English: Join the movement to end child abuse:...

The quotes below stem from the barrister who defended Peter Hain MP in Ireland in April 2012:

  1. Criticism of judges or of judicial decisions does not in itself constitute contempt of court.
  2. The fair criticism of judges and judicial decisions is not only quite clearly a right, there are also occasions when there may be a duty to do it.
  3. “Citizens are entitled to have confidence in the administration of justice, they should not be improperly deprived of this entitlement or have it endangered.”

I am putting them here now, because I need to assert my motivation for taking a stand against child abuse by producing ‘web publicity’. It is clearly insufficient and needs mainstream media as well, as long as

  • children get abused in care but don’t have access to justice; instead, contact with their parents is even more reduced, if not stopped, as in the Musa case or one I’m currently aware of in Wales
  • mainstream media simply publicise anybody’s press release, without checking both sides of a story
  • injunction orders, falsified by Legal Teams without wet ink signature or court stamps, let alone court hearings, prevent web publishers of child abuse from publishing anything, supposedly ‘in the interest of the child’, while their Social Services advertise the same children for adoption, so that parents, relatives and neighbours recognise their children advertised
  • the Secrecy of Family Courts is maintained as one of the aspects that are unique in the UK, where 1,000 children a month are currently placed in ‘care’
  • in the age of video technologies, taking notes is banned and recording court proceedings is illegal.

The latest article by Christopher Booker in The Telegraph is an interesting account of the power struggles that are going on between

  • secret family courts and families who are deprived of their children
  • judges abusing the law and its enforcement in prisons
  • journalists and judges
  • or publicity and injustice.

The good news is: Vicky Haigh is freed – despite telling her story to the press!!! Now the question is: when will she see her older daughter again???

It is important to also understand that where a judge in family court is a member of a Masonic Lodge and dealing with a CAS case … Since CAS is also pedophile support funnel for Masonic Lodges … The judge is in a conflict of interest. I forced two judges to resign in my custody case back in the 1980s against the Childrens Aid Society and finally won my custody after two and one half years.

  2. THE WORLD NEEDS TO CHANGE.

It is not set up to help families or victims of society’s warped and twisted values and options for survival. think of man as an animal and his space has been taken over by “humans” that provide all manner of harmful substance (alcohol/tobacco/pharmaceuticals), mediocre to unhealthy living conditions (pollutants, oppression, abuse), sustenance that is non-nutritional and fattening, (cardboard, hormone laden, pesticide contaminated and salmonella poisoned foodstuffs) and you had no choice but to either RUN AWAY, OR STAND AND FIGHT… As an animal, or a human, those are the dominant responses to “oppression”…

So, if you can relate to the above comparisons between animals of the earth, and the oppressed humans of this current civilization, then you should be able to realize that is must stop, or the animals will disappear, and the humans will either curl up into a fetal position and watch tv till they die, or they will stand together and fight against the oppression that is destroying society and the earth. Because the ROOT of the problem is the acceptance of GREED as a rational behavior, when it should be punishable as a crime, by fines and incarceration.

EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER STOLEN FROM THE SYSTEM OF TAXATION OF THE PEOPLE OF ANY COUNTRY OR ANY NATION IN THE WORLD must be removed. They must be EXPOSED, CHARGED, INVESTIGATED , FINED, MADE TO STEP DOWN OR BE REMOVED, MADE TO RETURN EVERYTHING THEY HAVE EVER TAKEN PLUS ANY AMOUNT OF INTEREST THAT WOULD HAVE ACCUMULATED AND INCARCERATED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME MODERATED BY THEIR VICTIMS.

The crimes of oppression should carry as much of a penalty and a sentence as a crime of abuse, or murder. EVERYTHING that fits into those three simple categories that are practiced in any capacity, by ANY OFFICIAL OF ANY AGENCY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, must have investigations initiated immediately.

THOSE WHO SHOULD INVESTIGATE would be LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS, MILITARY ENLISTED PERSONNEL and FAMILY MEMBERS OF ANY WHO WERE WRONGFULLY CHARGED WITH ANY CRIME OR OPPRESSED BY OFFICIALS IN ANY WAY.

WE NEED FOR THE LAWS TO APPLY TO EVERYONE WHO COMMITS ORGANIZED CRIME OR OPPRESSION, JUST AS THEY APPLY TO OTHERS WHO COMMIT CRIMES OF MURDER OR ASSAULT, KIDNAPPING OR ABUSE.

THESE PERPETRATORS OF GREED ARE THE ONES WHO CREATE THE SOCIETY WE LIVE IN, SOCIETY RAISES US, CONTROLS US AND OPPRESSES US, AND IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE IN HOW THE LAWS ARE APPLIED TO THOSE IN POWER WHO ARE CRIMINALS AND WHO MUST STEP DOWN, OR BE REMOVED!

I seriously doubt that her eldest will ever want to speak to her again.

    Do you have children Robert?

  6. Anonymous says:

It is not my business Robert, but it is more of a curiosity considering your statement in respect of Vicky Haigh’s eldest daughter which is not of your business either to make comment or judgement in relation to mother and daughter’s feelings for each other.
    Why make such irrational comments.
I can therefore take it that you are not a parent yourself. I cannot picture a good parent making such comment.

  7. Jimmy says:

Why is it irrational to suggest that an abused child may not wish to see her abuser again?

Strange how people take what they read in the rag trade on face value.

Is it a coincidence that you started posting comments shortly after VH was released from prison?

      Did you enjoy your porridge?

  9. Anonymous says:

Home Bargains have good deals on porridge. Potty ones.
Very enjoyable. Thank you for asking.
I would recommend Golden Syrup. Beautiful.
Remind me, what has porridge got to do with the topic of this posting.

  10. Jimmy says:

I believe “Porridge” is a slang term for a prison sentence. Sabine has been complaining that child abusers get sent to prison instead of being allowed to get on with it.

  11. Anonymous says:

    Hi Jimmy,
I am fully aware of the term “porridge” and for your information I have never done porridge.
I am only treating Robert Dooran with the pity that he deserves.
I am simply applying stupidity to stupidity.
When you have witnessed gross abuse cases, and, the quantity of abused victims as I have, and what this posting is meant to be addressing; comments purveyed by Robert Dooran puts simplicity of existence into perspective.

  12. Jimmy says:

    “I am simply applying stupidity”

    Indeed you are.

Robert you really need help mate!
I would treat someone as a child if he behaves as a child.

  15. Dear all ,I too am led to the opinion that the SAINTLY (?)Mr DOONAN’s blogs contain a secret agenda .When may ( beg ) I &other interested parties shall he ” display his true colors ” & honestly proclaim what his designed motives are in the real world of wordsmithing .Alternatively does he intend, with his pithy DIGS to convince us that he is WELL on his way to earning a N.V.Q. in TROLL-man -ship thus awaits our APPLAUSE ??? God Bless You All ,JIM

  16. Dear Robert Dooran please do forgive this ignoble PEE-on for getting your surname wrong ;but I got distracted by a sudden vision of you giving a performance (dressed up appropriately ) & singing in a ” BACK IN THE Y.M.C.A.GROUP ” (or should it be GROPE ) ? God Bless You All , JIM

  17. Dear Robert Dooran ,may I please bring to your intellectual attention the recent plight of the honorable long suffering Mr. G . Ebert ,whom has endured the misfortune of being “LEG-LIFTED ” out of his valuable properties & finances by a motley faction of FAGGOTY Jews & gentiles masquerading as ” HONEST JUDGES & LAWYERS “. UPON MY OATH I now see more clearly how Hitler accomplished his FINAL SOLUTION it obviously could not have occurred except with the complete co-operation of a mean gang of faggoty TURNCOAT JEWs ( ? ) God Bless You All . JIM .

Nobody is beyond the law, not even the Judiciary, and a lack of critique is the final step towards the warped Marxism that most of the Left emphasised in the 1970’s and 1980’s in the UK.
