www.OpenCorporates.com calls itself “The Open Database of the Corporate World.” It shows the nightmare that David Korten wrote about in 1995: When Corporations Rule the World, especially when you look at Goldmann Sachs and similar ‘corporate constructs’ with oodles of legal entities devoid of personal response-ability.
My real question is: how many of these companies belong to the financial economy, just making money out of money and how many constitute the real economy, providing actual goods and services? But that can’t be established yet.
Meanwhile, however, I have found out that there are

When John Hemming MP joined us at our Westminster meeting in January 2011, to explore a Public Inquiry into White Collar Crimes, I knew that ‘secret prisoners‘ were his ‘pet subject’:
- the use of the Court of ‘Protection‘ to steal the assets of mainly elderly people, by declaring them ‘not to have capacity’ to instruct solicitors
- as a result, people are secretly imprisoned.
At the time, I did not know as much about secret family courts as I wish I never needed to learn:
- secret family courts are used to sanction and ‘legalise’ the child snatching carried out by Social Services – supposedly in the ‘best interest of the child’
- I launched Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK as an online petition that non-UK MEPs want to take further in Brussels, as soon as 2,000 signatures are reached
- I re-vamped Ian Josephs’ www.forced-adoption.com into Punishment without Crime, as he has been advising between 3 and 6 parents a day since the sixties.
Now I have seen how extra secrecy was used in a family court case: More

How many children need to be taken from their parents, before the world says NO? 10,000 a year is not enough yet?
How many parents need to be gagged and threatened with prison, before other countries say NO to the UK? Here’s what’s unique in the UK to facilitate forced adoptions. If you have lost your child(ren), please consider filling in this form to let the online world know – anonymously of course.
How many more children need to go missing (currently an estimated 10,000 a year), before their parents make institutions accountable?
How many farces / charades and masquerades need to be staged as ‘court cases’, before Parliament takes responsibility for an ‘independent’ judiciary? ‘Not Open to the Media’ even – despite Camilla Cavendish’s campaign in The Times in 2008?
Parents are now expected to PAY to see their kids in ‘contact centres’. How Stalinesque does the UK want to be?
These are some of the questions that fuelled my ‘wrath of god’ to start the petition Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK. More

Yes, seeing behind the motivations of bad news and seeing through the intentions of bad institutions makes us feel helpless and powerless. Until somebody comes along and lifts your spirit again and you feel less alone, less ‘ashamed and impotent’ as commentator obesiverights.
My ‘position statement’ this morning:
the financial critique is rolling as the cause of all evil:
victims as the sad effects are coming together:
- when victims become fighters as Litigants in Person (LiPs), Help for LiPs is growing, too;
child snatching as the most heinous of white collar crimes:
survivors of sexual abuse are coming out:
- at least some victims turned survivors come out thanks to Twitter, Facebook and blogs
#paedobritain gets to the hearts, minds and souls of people:
And this heart wrenching true story:
Cry for Britain’s stolen children

Dear Tap,
I cannot put into words the despair that I feel in reading the letter from this young girl and looking at the pictures of all the stolen children in the picture gallery.

Well, we’re not alone after all: BID, Bail for Immigration, have studied the ‘cases’ they have to deal with and noticed the terrible effects the separation from parents has on their children:
- emotional stress,
- adverse effects including weight loss, nightmares, insomnia and ‘extreme isolation’.
How can it be? After all, it’s “in the interest of the child!”
But, as one inmate has discovered from her own experiences: foreigners are among those being targeted by Social Services. Why? Presumably they think they can get away with deporting the parents, after fostering or adopting their kids, to keep the industry going…

Once upon a time, we used to write letters to each other. Now we tweet. Or at least some of us who love our computers. And Twitter is being taken seriously by mainstream media and official organisations, mainly for ‘risk management’, especially since the plane landing on the Hudson River had been helped so substantially by people tweeting.

Brian Pead has blown the whistle regarding Lambeth Council as a place for grooming children for paedophiles. In his book Hillsborough to Lambeth he spells it out. But the book has been banned in the UK.
We met him after his latest court case where he represented himself against a team of six. The judge said three times “you may very well have a point there” – regarding abuse of power:
- sacking him rather than the guilty social worker
- claiming being ‘harassed’
- when, in fact, the whistleblower is more than harassed and bullied.
This latest arrest, witnessed by his co-author, is one of many incidents over six years of ‘whistleblower treatment’.
It will take more than Whistleblowers UK and Victims to Unite. It will take people who are ‘just doing their job’ to wake up to their own morals, ethics and personal conscience: can they look themselves in the mirror knowing that and how they are mistreating a fellow human being???
PLEASE ask for Brian Pead in the Police Station of Southend by phoning 0 300 333 4444.
It appears that enough people did phone! For he was released at 12.15 - WITHOUT CHARGES!!!
He will put updates on Lambeth Child Abuse and Cover Up. His other site is Brian Pead is Innocent.
THANK YOU!

Victims of white collar crimes come in all shades, colours and sizes – of amounts of damages, degrees of injustice and levels of cruelty. Once we’ve been hit or hurt, our challenges are a profound process of ‘waking up’ and being disillusioned:
- it’s NOT our fault – it’s the organisations covering up for themselves
- the ‘authorities’ do NOT deliver what they are supposed to
- most ombudsmen or other organisations of complaint are only there to fob us off.
What can we do?
- to learn NOT to give in or up, but stand our ground and fight for our rights
- to learn how to present our experience as a ‘case’: on paper, on video and in person
- to learn how to live with our pain and to communicate it – possibly turning it into passion… More

Everybody tries to make a difference in our ‘interesting’ times, everybody as best as they can, given their circumstances and familiarity with communication media. Over the last two days I received distinctly ‘interesting’ information:
“Apparent power thrives on secrets. The world of men is structured force.”
Here’s Tony Gosling‘s email about the Justice and Security Bill:
Yesterday Andrew Tyrie MP was mentioned in the Observer:- http://www.911forum.org.uk/board/viewtopic.php?p=163751#163751 http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2013/feb/17/justice-security-bill-secret-courts The justice and security bill is a chilling affront to British justice Secret courts should have no place within our judicial system.
Previously:- http://www.guardian.co.uk/law/2013/jan/28/andrew-tyrie-secret-courts-bill Tory MP Andrew Tyrie attacks secret courts bill Backbencher warns that government is in danger of ‘closing down access to the truth’. More

I set up Victims Unite in August 2010, when Paulette Cooper was still alive. She had been my main strategic co-thinker, as her victimisation covered everything from bankruptcy to home repossession and NHS cover-up, besides domestic violence. She knew from experience how ‘the system’ had betrayed her. And she was very spiritual in her attitude, always emphasising the Positive, without giving ‘oxygen’ or attention to negativity.
Why communicate with people who are nasty to you, when you can talk to and email people who are kind?
No, I shall not enter or support a ‘war on shills‘. I shall not betray my vision of a ‘peace network’ of computers and people protecting our planet which brought me to London in 1981. Neither shall I betray my mum who saved me through the bombings of Dresden 68 years ago. In a video I saw on an anniversary site, a witness said that she had seen a woman standing with her pram, but both she and her child were dead. They were suffocated from the air that was full of soot. My mum had taken some of my pampers and wetted them to protect her breathing… She called me ‘Sabine’ after the women who had carried their babies between the warring armies in Rome – to STOP the men from fighting.
