ABOLISH the BAN on Recording Court Proceedings – comments indicate major discontent

Abolish the Ban on Recording Court Proceedings is one of the online petitions that we’ve launched, as a way of letting the Establishment know what’s going on ‘on the ground’.

For the comments are really telling. The Lord Chief Justice took the hearing of Norman Scarth, who was imprisoned for this offence, in his absence. I’m now sending them to His Lordship, hoping he’ll take note.

George Monbiot explains this morning The way we are governed is inexplicable – until you understand the upbringing of the elite.

The upbringing of the elite boys in boarding schools is my explanation for paedophiles, sociopaths and psychopaths.

In my attempts to highlight what’s dishonest with our money system as the cause and victims of white collar crimes as the effect, I put Capitalism Exposed together as my latest website.

PRIM and PROPER? On the Openness and Transparency of Courts – from the Cradle to the Grave

13 01 14 TyrannyOnce again: you only believe it when it hits you yourself or someone you know:

  • Norman Scarth had to flee the country he nearly died for in WWII, for he did not get justice during 17 years he experienced as harassment that included imprisonment
  • his crime: using a recording device without having asked for permission first
  • today he was sentenced to 28 days but suspended for a year – so it won’t happen unless he breaks the law again.

In response to mailing everybody who had signed the petition to free him, Mike wrote that he also had to flee the country, after his mum became a victim of the Court of ‘Protection’ and the Office of the Public ‘Guardian’ in the UK.

  • Their story is one of unfortunately many where officials make sure they can put their hands on any of the assets involved.

LEARNING by DOING and Helping by Being – in and out of Courts, on- and off-line

13 01 19 MeetupWhen a mother whose second child is being taken – without paperwork – calls for help because she realises that her solicitor is not acting in her interest, I’m going into a higher gear:

  1. I invited her to join us at our meeting the House of Commons so that she could realise she is not alone (what a consolation…)
  2. I put her court hearing on the Meetup list of events to facilitate support – for her, Michael Doherty and Norman Scarth next week
  3. I talked to other experienced McKenzie Friends to try to understand.

It appears that the “second generation radar” helps Social Services to get hold of children, especially at birth, i.e. the mother was in care as a teenager and thus known to Social Services.

When she was pregnant, she could do whatever – it never satisfied Social Services… So the first baby was taken at 7 months, without paperwork, and the second one 6 days after birth, again without paperwork.

The most experienced Ian Josephs writes that breast feeding is a fundamental human right for mothers and the right NOT to be removed at birth for babies. But Social Services, in collusion with Police, Courts and Judges, are above the law, aren’t they!?…  More

CHANGING the SYSTEM means changing the culture, ethics, attitudes, dishonesty, privilege and tribalism of Britain

13 01 13 John WardThis morning I am still somewhat recovering from yesterday’s meeting. Before turning its outcomes into activity, I just copy what John Ward, publisher of the very popular The Slog wrote:

I was in a House of Commons committee room for much of yesterday, and you’ll all be relieved to know that there is no longer any water for sessions there. Given yesterday’s news (not really news, just the first time it’s been admitted) that our banks are nowhere near the target of refilled balance sheets, I suppose the Commons water was bound to go in the end.

But was there any other evidence to hand in the Palace of Westminster that our doom is at hand? Not really: I met and spoke with two MPs – diligent and concerned, don’t doubt it – but neither of them seemed that aware of how dysfunctionally unpopular the political class is across Europe.

More remarkable were the ordinary people in the room grappling with serious legal, constitutional, police and power-abuse issues. Mums imprisoned spitefully, armed police raiding family homes, people being declared in need of mental assessment for arguing with social workers, businesses being fraudulently declared insolvent, judges exceeding their powers while ignoring evidence. And volunteer intermediaries dedicated to helping those stuck in a Kafkaesque world in which the law says one thing but the authorities do another.

“It’s the system,” people kept saying, “We must change the system”. I don’t agree, I’m afraid. You have to change the culture, ethics, attitudes, dishonesty, privilege, and inflexibly dated tribalism of Britain. Just making the system tougher without doing that will simply mean more new laws – and more cynical new ways of getting round them.

WHITE COLLAR CRIMES: an evidence-based definition

13 01 14 White Collar CrimesOne serious victim asked me today: what are we arguing about Savile for? The relevant issue for next Tuesday is the outright failure of the Police, local authorities, social care, etc. An apology is not enough.

Well, if only there was an apology! In the cases that I’ve observed since 1998, there are not only crimes but, above all, criminalisation and more cover-ups.

Discovering white collar crimes, one victim at a time, took the following shock therapy for me:

  1. fraudulent bankruptcies
  2. unlawful home repossessions
  3. false imprisonments
  4. financial fraud
  5. child snatching
  6. paedophilia
  7. satanism - as published by the Sunday Express on 13 Jan, 2013. More

CONSPIRACY REALISM: a newly required world view for a New Year

13 01 13 We Who OpposeBelinda McKenzie, human rights activist par excellence and co-founder of the Association of McKenzie Friends as Public Interest Advocates, coined the term: conspiracy realism.

Besides the issues surrounding the latest film on Princess Diana, here are more indicators:

  1. UK: How Lord McAlpine is exploiting the same libel laws Savile used to cover up his crimes - page 64 of the Savile report
  2. UK: Police Paedophiles – three convictions in Yorkshire – as part of  ’big collusions’ in committing and covering up white collar crimes
  3. US: the Sandy Hook shooting was staged which is proven by web pages uploaded before the event
  4. UK => US: the Pilgrims Society ensures the real axis of evil.

WILFUL BLINDNESS by Police, Judiciary, Government and Mainstream Media

13 01 11 Police too busyThe decades of exploits of Jimmy Savile have been treated with what can only be described as ‘Wilful Blindness’ exercised by the British Establishment, i.e. Police, Judiciary, Government, Authorities etc: Police ‘too busy’ for fraud.

There is a remarkable parallel in respect of  the gross Misfeasance in Public Office in the way bank victims have been treated over the decades, when bringing evidence of bank theft and corruption perpetrated upon them, which the police and judiciary have refused to act upon.   WHY????

Jimmy Savile must have used, or been privy to the same covert institutional misfeasance as the banks. See: www.safe-online.org More

Mind the Gaps – between Online and Mainstream Media, Government and Public

Tuesday, 15th January, House of Commons, Committee Rooms, 11am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm

Globalisation strategist Zbigniew Brzezinski[1] recently identified accelerating social change driven by “instant mass communications”, which have been cumulatively stimulating “a universal awakening of mass political consciousness[2].” In the UK, the consequent gulfs between public opinion and government, and between online and mainstream media are widening precariously: poll after poll details public trust plummeting[3][4][5] all round while many political activist websites have grown as busy as mainstream e-commerce and media outlets.

As public interest advocates, the Association of McKenzie Friends[6] seeks to acknowledge and address these gaps as a matter of urgency. In the wake of debilitating systemic failures such as Hillsborough, Savile and Leveson, we will be presenting an evidence-based analysis of “Seven Deadly Syndromes” that infect public life. Panel members are:

In the afternoon, John Hemming MP will be replaced by Austin Mitchell MP[14] who has not only been a mainstream journalist but also an expert of monetary reform and victims of white collar crimes for years. More

On Becoming more Effective in the New Year

I do enjoy symbols and signs to give meaning to life. When one of my first emails on New Year’s Day was “My boys are in Slovakia” I was therefore hopeful for a New Year of ‘successes’ in our struggles to reverse injustices – from fraudulent bankruptcies and home repossessions to having children put into ‘care’, getting them adopted and being imprisoned on top!

I found the above picture on Chris Roubis’ Facebook page, after his site was taken down due to mentioning Unlawful Killing – the cover-ups concerning Lady Di’s death.

With a view to becoming more effective on behalf of victims, survivors, starfighters, campaigners, activists and McKenzie Friends as Public Interest Advocates, we are working on:

May 2013 become the year of breakthrough we’ve long been waiting for – with many thanks for all your visits, comments and suggestions!

It’s been a while since global strategist Zbigniew Brzesinski expressed his fear of ‘global political awakening‘ at a meeting of the Council of Foreign Relations:

No matter where you go, politics is a matter of social engagement.

Mankind is now politically awake.
