Just in case you think your children are safe and you are free to protest against the cruelty, legal abuse and violence inflicted on them and their parents, here’s the latest account from the organiser of the July demo:
Scotuk Jenkins
14 June 23:21
Hi all, have had another eventful day. This morning I was arrested for harassment on 2 Police Officers of South Wales Police. I have admitted to posting the photo’s of the two Police Officers (I am not guilty of Harassment) that smashed their way into my partners flat in January 2013 to steal my newborn son Anon V Jenkins on Social Services Orders and as we all know for profit. I was also arrested at the same time and charged with obstruct Police because I would not open the door for them which I stated I would not assist them by opening the door for them. They had NO PPO Police Protection Order and Social Services had no valid court order. They ABDUCTED MY SON, THEY ALSO KIDNAPPED MY PARTNER by forcing her and baby into hospital when there was no medical reason as mother and baby had been cleared medically.
I was found NOT GUILTY on the 15th May 2013, inspector that supposedly issued the PPO did not turn up in court but the 2 officers did and committed perjury. Still to this day NO PPO HAS BEEN PRODUCED DESPITE REQUESTING IT AT CRIMINAL COURT AND ALSO THROUGH FAMILY COURT. Now as I posted their photo’s exposing them of their crimes which are in fact Comman Law Offences I was arrested for Harassment. I have 3 Independent witnesses to the assault upon myself. One is my partner and there was also two neighbours that witnessed the assault.
At approximately 08.55 this morning approximately 6 Police Offers were at my door, after a five minute discussion from behind door, I opened the door for them to gain entry. At the time I was holding a digital camera on a tripod (for safety as it was on floor in room) and did not want it getting knocked over. I was immediately rushed by the officers that snatched the camera away from me and then threw me to floor and cuffed me. I was continuously assaulted by the Police Officers, one officer kicked me full force to side my body whilst I was cuffed on floor.
I was refused medical attention at the Police Station and also further assaulted in custody. The Police Officer that interviewed me also took photo’s and my solicitor noted the injuries. Upon getting home my partner has also taken close up photo’s of my injuries. I will post the images of my injuries tomorrow. I have approximately 30 injuries from the assaults South Wales Police Officers inflicted upon myself. They have also removed all my digital camera’s, video recording equipment my laptop and also my phone.
South Wales Police Officer PC 5067 CRAIG JONES. Other Officers have not been identified yet but I will be soon requesting the names and badge numbers of all the officers involved in this violent assault upon myself. You will be held accountable for your actions, Officers of South Wales Police!
May our petition to the EU Parliament to Abolish Adoptions without Parental Consent become a big drop on a hot stone, given this Dossier of Evidence as human outcries from far too many!

I had not expected to hear Duncan Campbell live, when I signed up to attend the third Open Rights Conference. Was I glad I went!
I described my experience fairly detailed on this blog post.
Here it is important that I spoke to him in person, after we had exchanged a few emails. For he had played a major role in Operation Ore – the paedophile investigation starting in 1999, after the Cleveland child abuse Scandal in 1987.
What is even more important is that his TV Series “Secret Society” in 1987 was like a ‘deja vu’ of what has just been announced: NSA Prism surveillance downplayed by UK Government.
Obviously, the secret internet and phone surveillance that NSA and Prism stand for, is a different kind of abuse than the Secrecy of Family Courts. But the marvellous comments illustrate the deep unhappiness and suspicion over what leads to foster ‘care’ and forced adoptions, after children have been snatched, rather than after establishing evidence for taking into ‘care’!
Hence, we lodged EU Parliament: Abolish Forced Adoptions without Parental Consent and are compiling a dossier of online evidence. Please sign / comment / share / promote, if you haven’t done so already.
Meanwhile, we wonder why institutions have such a hard time being open and transparent…
However, the Law Gazette publishes here that Contempt jailings should never be secret, leading judges warn. Well, well, why has it taken the blogosphere to be born and THAT long to curb this invitation for abuse of power???

“BUSINESSMAN shot solicitor dead because he blamed him for the repossession of his home and break down in his marriage” – this is the title of the article in the Daily Mail today.
God forbid a solicitor is a criminal! God forbid Solicitors from Hell is not ‘real’! God forbid there will be a judge who will acknowledge the criminality of a colleague! After all, they have to protect each other, while denying and lying and committing crimes to cover up crimes. That’s my bottom line analysis.
Here’s the article about a retired Scotland Yard Inspector who gets punished for his paedophile activities. You see, the covering up of crimes cuts across all institutions, from ‘the law’ to the ‘law enforcement’.
Shall I go further with my current understanding and analysis?
Well, by now, I feel there are enough people out there highlighting the ultimate crimes:
and the real people who are pulling the strings. Here are some links as a taster:

It may not be worth anything, but I’d like to die knowing that I’ve tried my best. Hence I have submitted this text to Abolish Adoptions without Parental Consent online to the EU Petitions Committee. More can be provided offline later.
It comprises input from ‘key players’ and expert Ian Josephs who still gets between 3 and 6 calls a day, sometimes up to 10.
This is our position:
- the next Committee meeting is on 19 June
- they tend to be held once a month and have LOTS of petitions to consider
- two non-UK MEPs have promised to help get our petition tabled, if it has at least 2,000 signatures.
In November 2012, the UK, Croatia and Portugal have been the subject of human rights and family courts in this report and this resolution of the Council of Europe which says in Article 4:
Children ought to be separated from their parents only in very exceptional circumstances, subject to judicial review and in line with the requirements stemming from the European Convention on Human Rights (ETS No. 5) and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989.
They Council of Europe has produced
Hence I’ve tried my best to gain support:
Any chance of you adding your support to getting numbers up? More

Just in case you have not put your name to this petition on the Governmental site, I wonder whether the screenshot might encourage you?
It shows 2,000 signatures to support a Public Enquiry into organised Child Grooming, Child Prostitution and Paedophilia in the UK.
2,000 was the goal we were given for the EU Petition to Abolish Adoptions without Parental Consent. So I counted this petition in, when I looked at all the relevant petitions out there to assess how many people know about child ‘care’, secret family courts and forced adoptions.
I know the problem of gathering signatures, as I’ve published 12 online petitions since May 2008. I especially loved compiling the comments and letting them tell their stories. However, it is amazing how much ‘awareness’ it takes before people put their name to a petition. More

Here is what I sent to Madeleine Moon MP whose question to Edward Timpson MP is here. You could copy it for your own or any other MP:
Dear Madeleine Moon MP,
Trusting that you find Edward Timpson MP’s answer unacceptable, I wonder whether you will take the issue further?
- Will you ask for a Public Inquiry?
- Is there a Public Prosecution into every death?
- If not, why not?
- Would the Police and the CPS not go after every parent whose child died?
- Would these children have died, if they had stayed with their families?
- Was it not supposed to be “in their best interest” to be in ‘care’?
- In comparison, how many children die a year?
- And how many adopted ones?
- Whose identities need to be ‘protected’ about the tragedy of every single death?

On 20th May 2013, Madeleine Moon, MP for Bridgend asked the Secretary of State for Education:
how many children under 18 years old have died, while in care of local authorities in the last 10 years, in each local authority area; and if he will make a statement.
Edward Timpson, MP for Crewe and Nantwich, answered as Secretary of State for Education:
Information on the number of children who die while in the care of local authorities in England is shown in the following table. Figures are given for each English region for the year 2003 to 2012.
The number of children who die while in the care of local authorities in England is low, typically around 50 children per year. Due to these low numbers and to protect their identities, figures cannot be provided for each individual local authority. More

www.OpenCorporates.com calls itself “The Open Database of the Corporate World.” It shows the nightmare that David Korten wrote about in 1995: When Corporations Rule the World, especially when you look at Goldmann Sachs and similar ‘corporate constructs’ with oodles of legal entities devoid of personal response-ability.
My real question is: how many of these companies belong to the financial economy, just making money out of money and how many constitute the real economy, providing actual goods and services? But that can’t be established yet.
Meanwhile, however, I have found out that there are

When John Hemming MP joined us at our Westminster meeting in January 2011, to explore a Public Inquiry into White Collar Crimes, I knew that ‘secret prisoners‘ were his ‘pet subject’:
- the use of the Court of ‘Protection‘ to steal the assets of mainly elderly people, by declaring them ‘not to have capacity’ to instruct solicitors
- as a result, people are secretly imprisoned.
At the time, I did not know as much about secret family courts as I wish I never needed to learn:
- secret family courts are used to sanction and ‘legalise’ the child snatching carried out by Social Services – supposedly in the ‘best interest of the child’
- I launched Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK as an online petition that non-UK MEPs want to take further in Brussels, as soon as 2,000 signatures are reached
- I re-vamped Ian Josephs’ www.forced-adoption.com into Punishment without Crime, as he has been advising between 3 and 6 parents a day since the sixties.
Now I have seen how extra secrecy was used in a family court case: More

How many children need to be taken from their parents, before the world says NO? 10,000 a year is not enough yet?
How many parents need to be gagged and threatened with prison, before other countries say NO to the UK? Here’s what’s unique in the UK to facilitate forced adoptions. If you have lost your child(ren), please consider filling in this form to let the online world know – anonymously of course.
How many more children need to go missing (currently an estimated 10,000 a year), before their parents make institutions accountable?
How many farces / charades and masquerades need to be staged as ‘court cases’, before Parliament takes responsibility for an ‘independent’ judiciary? ‘Not Open to the Media’ even – despite Camilla Cavendish’s campaign in The Times in 2008?
Parents are now expected to PAY to see their kids in ‘contact centres’. How Stalinesque does the UK want to be?
These are some of the questions that fuelled my ‘wrath of god’ to start the petition Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK. More
