the use of the Court of ‘Protection‘ to steal the assets of mainly elderly people, by declaring them ‘not to have capacity’ to instruct solicitors
as a result, people are secretly imprisoned.
At the time, I did not know as much about secret family courts as I wish I never needed to learn:
secret family courts are used to sanction and ‘legalise’ the child snatching carried out by Social Services – supposedly in the ‘best interest of the child’

As far as paedophilia and child sexual abuse are concerned:
the bad news:
institutional perpetrators have clearly no desire / ability to accept response-ability for either the emotional trauma or the financial consequences;
institutionalised child snatching goes on unchallenged, while children and parents suffer and even get criminalised and imprisoned, for the secrecy of family courts ensures that nobody knows what’s going on until people are hit themselves and have very little chances of getting their children back;
whistleblower Brian Pead who has been exposing Lambeth Council was sentenced to 28 days of prison for ‘contempt of court’…

It appears that the “second generation radar” helps Social Services to get hold of children, especially at birth, i.e. the mother was in care as a teenager and thus known to Social Services.
When she was pregnant, she could do whatever – it never satisfied Social Services… So the first baby was taken at 7 months, without paperwork, and the second one 6 days after birth, again without paperwork.
The most experienced Ian Josephs writes that breast feeding is a fundamental human right for mothers and the right NOT to be removed at birth for babies. But Social Services, in collusion with Police, Courts and Judges, are above the law, aren’t they!?… More
One serious victim asked me today: what are we arguing about Savile for? The relevant issue for next Tuesday is the outright failure of the Police, local authorities, social care, etc. An apology is not enough.
Well, if only there was an apology! In the cases that I’ve observed since 1998, there are not only crimes but, above all, criminalisation and more cover-ups.

Paedophile Manish Sood then decided to phone her and asked her for sex at a fixed price. The child got frightened and was so scared, she told no-one but her friend in her school. She told her friend what the paedophile Labour councillor was asking her to do for him. He sent scores of filthy text messages and phone calls of an explicit nature. More
