When John Hemming MP joined us at our Westminster meeting in January 2011, to explore a Public Inquiry into White Collar Crimes, I knew that ‘secret prisoners‘ were his ‘pet subject’:
- the use of the Court of ‘Protection‘ to steal the assets of mainly elderly people, by declaring them ‘not to have capacity’ to instruct solicitors
- as a result, people are secretly imprisoned.
At the time, I did not know as much about secret family courts as I wish I never needed to learn:
- secret family courts are used to sanction and ‘legalise’ the child snatching carried out by Social Services – supposedly in the ‘best interest of the child’
- I launched Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK as an online petition that non-UK MEPs want to take further in Brussels, as soon as 2,000 signatures are reached
- I re-vamped Ian Josephs’ www.forced-adoption.com into Punishment without Crime, as he has been advising between 3 and 6 parents a day since the sixties.

The Slog is a very influential political blog that embraces paedophilia as well as financial issues.
The Paedofile Special: The Fat Kitten at the CICA on £95,000 a year who keeps sex abuse victims waiting for their compensation is the latest article which for me raises a few points of principle:
As far as paedophilia and child sexual abuse are concerned:
the bad news:
- institutional perpetrators have clearly no desire / ability to accept response-ability for either the emotional trauma or the financial consequences;
- institutionalised child snatching goes on unchallenged, while children and parents suffer and even get criminalised and imprisoned, for the secrecy of family courts ensures that nobody knows what’s going on until people are hit themselves and have very little chances of getting their children back;
- whistleblower Brian Pead who has been exposing Lambeth Council was sentenced to 28 days of prison for ‘contempt of court’…

VICTIMS of white collar crimes, UNITE! [Sorry about the negative news after the positive one before.]
Fraud is a nice short word for ‘white collar crime’. Blue collar workers commit more physical crimes. No wonder that the Police feels incapable. They are more the physical type, aren’t they: “It’s above our heads.”
But they can go into all the sophistication necessary to detect computer crimes and can hire accountants and anybody smart enough to investigate accounts, paper work and computer trails, when it is in … whose interest???
So what’s the real reason for the Police passing its responsibilities relating to fraud over to a call centre – as the Daily Mail writes in Fraud victims swindled out of thousands of pounds told to forget police and contact a call centre?
- Is the crime ‘worth investigating’? (My credit card theft of £200 was NOT!)
- “Action Fraud” will just be a data entry team and statistics compiler. NO action in other words.
The Government can’t really do much except set up new institutions and organisations or rename Governmental departments and shuffle jobs, titles and people.
- It uses money to pay people to ‘do their job’.
- Or it sets up private companies and becomes a client for them.
- As ‘money’ has become an economic weapon and tool for control rather than a medium of exchange, another ‘fob off organisation’ needs to be created to protect the Government and the City of London; it’s obvious to those who stopped believing what the mainstream media are telling them…
CHILD SNATCHING – the WORST of all WHITE COLLAR CRIMES
- Ismail describes it excellently as ‘Silent Fraud‘ in his comment to the previous post - since the institutions responsible for ‘implementing the law’ fail to do their job in the courts and especially the family courts. More

Why The Paedophile Politicians & Royal Family Want To Silence The Alternative Media is the remarkable story by the most remarkable blogger Chris Spivey.
It tells the ‘strange’ experience of discovering paedophile material on the web and how police, the Daily Mail and hackers dealt with it – each in their own way.
Twitter child abuse accounts closed after hackers expose content is the resulting Daily Mail article.
What do we learn?
- there are vested interests in paedophilia just as there are in money
- Police and Mainstream Media are part and parcel of the ‘system’ that ensures children are supplied and delivered to abusers.
At the other end of the spectrum, where children are snatched and parents are criminalised, Social Services, Family Courts and lawyers are complicit.
What kind of Karma are we all experiencing?
How can we stand up better for our children and grandchildren?
How can we give meaning to our lives and make sense of what we’re seeing?

BBC Radio 5 interviewed Keith Gregory who was taken into care at Bryn Estyn when he was 12 years old.
Most of them were Freemasons.
2 MPs, judges, serving policemen, senior policemen, business people from Wrexham and all over Britain.
Everybody was crying themselves to sleep at night.
Many, many people committed suicide.
In the Waterhouse Inquiry [The Telegraph, 06 Nov 2012] we were told we would receive proper counselling. We are still waiting…

This Daily Mail article on 14th Sept 2012 is Stephen Glover’s account of his disillusionment and loss of faith in the ‘establishment’.
It could have been a summary of my 14 years of exposure to victim stories…
He cites:
- cover-up, lies, obfuscation and incompetence in the South Yorkshire Police and ambulance service in the 1989 Hillborough disaster
- the Police, Parliament, the Church, the civil service, government, the City and parts of the Press turn out to be self-serving, incompetent or dishonest
- hundreds of paedophile cases in the Roman Catholic Church
- the Church of England being slow to act in sexual abuse cases
- the bankers: some of them showed recklessness and greed, while behaving as if the banks were their own property
- most of all, we have been disheartened by the lies and evasions of government: Tony Blair manipulated the evidence in taking this country to war against Iraq. More

Now we get to read it in the Dail Mail: Slovakian grandmother wins right to challenge High Court adoption ruling keeping grandsons in the UK
- She wants the boys, who were born in England to Slovakian parents, to leave the UK
- Social workers intervened after one suffered an injury thought to have been caused by his father.
Meanwhile, the boys are staying with their foster / adoptive parents…
But if the adoption is reversed, this may become an important precedence!

Thanks to a woman in HMP Holloway whose son was taken by Barnet Council, I learned about this book. She says that 60-70% of all women in Holloway used to be in care, adopted or live with foster parents… She also said that one of the prison warders said that 40-60% of all mothers whose children are taken are foreigners…
This is one man’s harrowing story of frustration and determination as he battled for access rights to his young daughters following the bitter break-up of his marriage. Incredibly, his was a journey that spanned almost ten years, with 133 hearings by 33 judges, and which reportedly cost the taxpayer over GBP1 million.
What should have been a “simple contact dispute” somehow resulted in this innocent family man effectively being criminalized by the family courts, resulting in a stretch on the A Wing of the infamous Pentonville prison, which housed convicted murderers, terrorists, gun runners and drug dealers.
Mark Harris eventually took his case public and the campaign for fathers’ rights took off – with the formation of Fathers 4 Justice. This is a shocking story that deserves to be heard. Here is a Daily Mail article about one of his acts.

It appears too good to be true, but the Daily Mail has published 50 police officers arrested in child porn raids! Maybe the next step WILL be a Royal Commission on Policing? Just as in New South Wales in 1996, where the result was: corruption, reform, paedophilia… So far, 91 MPs think it’s a good idea!
Fifty police officers across the UK have been arrested as part of a crackdown on suspected paedophiles who pay to access child pornography websites, detectives revealed today.
The officers were among 1,300 people arrested on suspicion of accessing or downloading indecent images of children – some as young as five – from US-based Internet sites.
Thirty-five men were arrested in London this morning as part of the investigation – codenamed Operation Ore – following raids on 45 addresses across the capital.
