This remarkable comment was written in response to this blog post on Punishment without Crime.
“It appears that once they find they get shielded by closing ranks and keeping secrets and are able to use our taxpayers money to threaten and pressurize people into silence they continue to get away with it. Each of us must keep repeating this concern. Stop them stealing our legal controls. The law is there and it is ours, our children have rights and we as parents have rights under the law. We must rescue our legal rights and use them against those who abuse human rights.
If we each wrote to our MP [www.WriteToThem.com] in the standard form, either email or letter I am sending:

Abolish the Ban on Recording Court Proceedings is one of the online petitions that we’ve launched, as a way of letting the Establishment know what’s going on ‘on the ground’.
For the comments are really telling. The Lord Chief Justice took the hearing of Norman Scarth, who was imprisoned for this offence, in his absence. I’m now sending them to His Lordship, hoping he’ll take note.
George Monbiot explains this morning The way we are governed is inexplicable – until you understand the upbringing of the elite.
The upbringing of the elite boys in boarding schools is my explanation for paedophiles, sociopaths and psychopaths.
In my attempts to highlight what’s dishonest with our money system as the cause and victims of white collar crimes as the effect, I put Capitalism Exposed together as my latest website.

It’s been a while since global strategist Zbigniew Brzesinski expressed his fear of ‘global political awakening‘ at a meeting of the Council of Foreign Relations:
No matter where you go, politics is a matter of social engagement.
Mankind is now politically awake.

Now we get to read it in the Dail Mail: Slovakian grandmother wins right to challenge High Court adoption ruling keeping grandsons in the UK
- She wants the boys, who were born in England to Slovakian parents, to leave the UK
- Social workers intervened after one suffered an injury thought to have been caused by his father.
Meanwhile, the boys are staying with their foster / adoptive parents…
But if the adoption is reversed, this may become an important precedence!

The quotes below stem from the barrister who defended Peter Hain MP in Ireland in April 2012:
- Criticism of judges or of judicial decisions does not in itself constitute contempt of court.
- The fair criticism of judges and judicial decisions is not only quite clearly a right, there are also occasions when there may be a duty to do it.
- “Citizens are entitled to have confidence in the administration of justice, they should not be improperly deprived of this entitlement or have it endangered.”
I am putting them here now, because I need to assert my motivation for taking a stand against child abuse by producing ‘web publicity’. It is clearly insufficient and needs mainstream media as well, as long as More

Here’s a page that I was sent to make me feel encouraged in my wish to point out irregularities observed in courts. It’s taken from the book Administrative Law and quoted Lords Denning and Diplock:
I regard it as a matter of high constitutional principle that if there is good ground for supposing that a government department or a public authority is transgressing the law,or is about to transgress it, in a way which offends or injures thousands of Her Majesty’s subjects, then anyone of those offended or injured can draw it to the attention of the court of law and seek to have the law enforced, and the courts in their discretion” can grant whatever remedy is appropriate.
But it’s like the Bible: the words are beautiful, but what counts are the deeds – of pastors or judges, it seems: whether they are capable of living what they preach, write or were taught. However, how do we learn to walk our talk? I guess, only by life’s experiences…

NEWS RELEASE 02 June 2012
Victims Unite[i] is a website dedicated to being a voice for victims of financial exploitation and legal oppression. It opened in August 2010 and has had over 109,000 visits since.
This week, Wood Green Court will unite one of the worst bankruptcies and the worst of all child snatching cases.
One of the earliest cases published was Mr Ebert’s bankruptcy[ii], in book form as The Forensics of Legal Fraud[iii]. It is believed to be one of the worst in terms of financial value and legal cover-up.
Mr Ebert’s trial will take place in Wood Green Crown Court: on Wednesday, 6th and Thurssay, 7th June, at 10.15am, Court 8 with Judge Ader and two Magistrates. It brings to light astonishingly negligent (if not criminal) behaviour of major institutions that we rely on to feel secure in our homes.
Every person in the UK can potentially be affected by the outcome of this trial. For it will either acknowledge or bury the solid evidence that this Litigant in Person is bringing into Court to test the “beyond reasonable doubt” Rule of Law that needs to be applied in criminal court cases.

What do They Know is a marvellous site for making requests according to the Freedom of Information Act.
This list of poignant questions was answered by the City of London Police and gave rise to the following comments by WWII Veteran and Human Rights connaisseur Norman Scarth:
In the link above, the City Of London Police give a link to an announcement from the Attorney General’s Office, in which they mention ‘Civil Restraint Orders’. These were brought in under Lord Woolf’s Civil Procedures Rules. This shows how Woolf’s ‘Reforms’(?), far from ‘simplifying the law’ & giving people ‘ACCESS to JUSTICE’, were really designed to make Britain more of a Police State, giving MORE ways to obstruct victims of State Crime from seeking a remedy in the courts.

“Judiciary Guilty of Criminal Acts…” is the slogan for the 2-week demo outside the Royal Courts of Justice, starting Monday 23rd April, from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Please come round for net-working with likeminded spirits!
… especially in secret family courts which should be replaced by open criminal courts
… in bankruptcy and insolvency procedures where we placed the worst known cases before the relevant Ministers – without any redress or change, let alone ‘remedy’ a la Article 13 of the European Convention of Human Rights
… when covering up crimes by colleagues in the NHS, Inland Revenue, Police and other public ‘authorities’.
… when turning innocent victims into political prisoners:
- the Musas for daring to stand up to Haringey Council
- Maurice J Kirk BVSc for daring to challenge South Wales Police
- other women whose children were taken and whom I visit in HMP Holloway – trying to get the privileges of LEGAL visits for McKenzie Friends, i.e. the right to take papers in and out – for prisoners who are on remand and who don’t have legal representation.
Meanwhile, even Reuters is wondering: Is Britain more corrupt than it thinks?
