Re-visiting the Computer Centre @ CERN
It has always struck me odd to talk about ‘bank holidays’ especially when referring to what used to be Christian events. But economic thinking has become soo pervasive that hardly anybody questions anything more.
I remember talking to mathematicians about the creation of money as debt at a conference, but nobody cared. Now I was told that CERN is wondering where its budget is going to come from and even where physics is going. The member countries don’t want to pay any more:
Who am I to show the way with my innovative software methods? But my idea of data profiling is the perfect bridge between big business data and very big science data, i.e. the finances of “time is money”, the costs of products and services vs marketing them and the use of measurements as the basis for a new kind of web science.
Having been invited to Celebrate 50 Years of Computing @ CERN, I was extremely apprehensive regarding the victimisation by my former employer: the doctor who claimed I would not suffer in old age (let alone acknowledge my pains then), me not even considering taking a lawyer to fight my interests at the time (we were all a happy family, weren’t we), my later discovery that CERN’s lawyer was sitting on the board of an insurance company (any conflict of interest here?)… And I learned that CERN’s pension fund lost over one billion Swiss Francs due to the universally accepted recession and crisis.
Who am I to be irritated by the Dubai level of luxury in Geneva airport compared with London Luton? The 22-year-old granddaughter of my host in France said that Switzerland is the bank of bankers. To me that illustrates what this video of fascinating web analytics demonstrates: the Global Awakening is massive.
Back in London, I’m engulfed by the usual ‘shock therapy’ of bad news:
- George Osborne dares to challenge those 11 European countries who want to implement a Robin Hood Tax
- Vicky Haigh was set up to talk about her daughter whom she is not supposed to see until she is 18 and has been put in prison for 28 days; only one visit per week; her prison in Peterborough is in Saville Road of all places;
- my favourite (because she stands her ground) inmate in HMP Holloway was refused bail a second time; her lawyer says that nobody appears to be responsible for getting her out of jail;
- she confirms what Vicky had discovered during her nine months in jail before: foreigners are being targeted;
- another mother I’m helping has had to experience the worst betrayal possible less than two weeks before her next hearing – where we hope to reverse an adoption order; at least we got permission to appeal;
- a woman whose two boys were taken from her showed me the documents relating to the fact that they should be adopted by a homosexual couple; this is NOT to be questioned, this is now ‘political correctness’!
A friend of mine went to church yesterday where he was told that this is going to be a month of miracles! Badly needed, methinks! Especially as my web hosting company punishes me by closing one of my websites because it has been hacked…
But one piece of good news is that the Community Interest Company that set up Help4LiPs has inaugurated great premises. Thus we can join forces also physically, not only virtually on screen!

Victims Unite has brought a few starfighters together who have studied the law, helped as McKenzie Friends and challenged antiquated rules such as the ban on recording court proceedings.
Here is the online petition Abolish the Ban on Recording Court Proceedings and here is a first collection of comments by signers.
Here are a few conclusions by victims who stand up for themselves:
UK Police Personnel should have Criminal Records Bureau Checks - an online petition that publishes a list of charged or convicted Prison, Police and Court Personnel (ca 1274)
The Law is only as good as the integrity of those entrusted to administrate it. – Maurice Kirk
A law breaker cannot also be a law enforcer. – Caul Grant
‘The Law’ in Britain (The Police & the Courts), deliberately deny me the protection of the law, & deliberately block me from seeking a remedy in the courts for crimes & other wrongs committed against me. That being so, & it IS fact, then that same ‘Law’ CANNOT be used to punish me. Indeed, both Police & Courts have themselves committed serious crimes against me, & do so with impunity.
Or in short:
- LAW ONE is to Protect the Powerful.
- LAW TWO is to Oppress those who are Not.
- LAW THREE is to destroy anyone who dares to protest. – Norman Scarth

Once again: you only believe it when it hits you yourself or someone you know:
- Norman Scarth had to flee the country he nearly died for in WWII, for he did not get justice during 17 years he experienced as harassment that included imprisonment
- his crime: using a recording device without having asked for permission first
- today he was sentenced to 28 days but suspended for a year – so it won’t happen unless he breaks the law again.
In response to mailing everybody who had signed the petition to free him, Mike wrote that he also had to flee the country, after his mum became a victim of the Court of ‘Protection’ and the Office of the Public ‘Guardian’ in the UK.
- Their story is one of unfortunately many where officials make sure they can put their hands on any of the assets involved.

One serious victim asked me today: what are we arguing about Savile for? The relevant issue for next Tuesday is the outright failure of the Police, local authorities, social care, etc. An apology is not enough.
Well, if only there was an apology! In the cases that I’ve observed since 1998, there are not only crimes but, above all, criminalisation and more cover-ups.
Discovering white collar crimes, one victim at a time, took the following shock therapy for me:
- fraudulent bankruptcies
- unlawful home repossessions
- false imprisonments
- financial fraud
- child snatching
- paedophilia
- satanism - as published by the Sunday Express on 13 Jan, 2013. More

The decades of exploits of Jimmy Savile have been treated with what can only be described as ‘Wilful Blindness’ exercised by the British Establishment, i.e. Police, Judiciary, Government, Authorities etc: Police ‘too busy’ for fraud.
There is a remarkable parallel in respect of the gross Misfeasance in Public Office in the way bank victims have been treated over the decades, when bringing evidence of bank theft and corruption perpetrated upon them, which the police and judiciary have refused to act upon. WHY????
Jimmy Savile must have used, or been privy to the same covert institutional misfeasance as the banks. See: www.safe-online.org More

NEWS RELEASE 02 June 2012
Victims Unite[i] is a website dedicated to being a voice for victims of financial exploitation and legal oppression. It opened in August 2010 and has had over 109,000 visits since.
This week, Wood Green Court will unite one of the worst bankruptcies and the worst of all child snatching cases.
One of the earliest cases published was Mr Ebert’s bankruptcy[ii], in book form as The Forensics of Legal Fraud[iii]. It is believed to be one of the worst in terms of financial value and legal cover-up.
Mr Ebert’s trial will take place in Wood Green Crown Court: on Wednesday, 6th and Thurssay, 7th June, at 10.15am, Court 8 with Judge Ader and two Magistrates. It brings to light astonishingly negligent (if not criminal) behaviour of major institutions that we rely on to feel secure in our homes.
Every person in the UK can potentially be affected by the outcome of this trial. For it will either acknowledge or bury the solid evidence that this Litigant in Person is bringing into Court to test the “beyond reasonable doubt” Rule of Law that needs to be applied in criminal court cases.

It took one shock after the other:
- whilst being “on remand”, they are treated as if they were convicted criminals
- they are not being ‘produced’ in the right court at the right time
- the criminal proceedings are artificially being drawn out
- the civil proceedings were hoping to get the children adopted while the parents are in prison…
Statistics show what the Musas are experiencing is far from a one-off exception, even though their case is acknowledge to be the most evil and corrupt one:

No, you can’t imagine it:
- Whilst kept in Holloway prison, Melissa has been asked to say good bye to her son over videolink – by a local authority who has made up a big story about her and managed not only to put her into prison but now locked up on a 24-hour basis and drugged against her will…
- Gloria Musa has had to undergo an ‘adjudication’ where she asked for our help as McKenzie Friends, but that would require ‘prior arrangement’ – which was perfectly impossible to arrange.
The humiliation that Gloria has to endure, instead of living her usual life as a happy family serving God and Christian communities, is horrendous.
However, we have not only launched an Association of McKenzie Friends, we have also joined forces with two charities that have ample experience with making life easier for prisoners: Spurgeons and Women in Prison.
More on our latest press release regarding the Musas and their six kidnapped children. It refers to our letter to Sir Nicholas Wall, the President of the Family Division, in the hope that he’ll sort things out.

So far, I called them ‘victims turned starfighters’ and they will all have acted as McKenzie Friend in that learning process.
Now Belinda McKenzie (!) came up with the idea of an Association of McKenzie Friends to give ‘public interest advocacy’ more clout and presence in the legal process.
Maurice Kirk experiences the loopholes in the law in prison as a litigant in person. The Musas have been criminalised by Haringey Council after they kidnapaped their six children and have very similar experiences in prison:
- not being ‘produced’ by the prison staff for court hearings
- not being able to meet court deadlines when McKenzie Friends are not allowed legal visits to take documents in and out of prison
- not being able to type and photocopy documents.
