• the use of the Court of ‘Protection‘ to steal the assets of mainly elderly people, by declaring them ‘not to have capacity’ to instruct solicitors
• as a result, people are secretly imprisoned.

At the time, I did not know as much about secret family courts as I wish I  never needed to learn:

• secret family courts are used to sanction and ‘legalise’ the child snatching carried out by Social Services – supposedly in the ‘best interest of the child’
• I launched Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK as an online petition that non-UK MEPs want to take further in Brussels, as soon as 2,000 signatures are reached
• I re-vamped Ian Josephs’ www.forced-adoption.com into Punishment without Crime, as he has been advising between 3 and 6 parents a day since the sixties.

Now I have seen how extra secrecy was used in a family court case: 

• ‘Not Open to the Media‘ it said on the listing and on the door – even though Camilla Cavendish’s campaign in The Times had achieved this tiny breakthrough: that media professionals can attend secret court hearings
• in family courts, Harriet Harman MP said in Parliament in 2006 that 200 people had been sent to prison by family courts
• and then there are those who are being sent secretly to mental hospitals…
• as a precursor, I know one very effective and brave former business woman who came out of prison with a ‘community treatment order‘ of a monthly injection!

We, the people, can use our courage and creativity to address this evil especially by using our computers.

MPs can use Early Day Motions that may lead to press coverage. As constituents, we can encourage our MP to sign or table issues.

How many children

How many parents need to be gagged and threatened with prison, before other countries say NO to the UK? Here’s what’s unique in the UK to facilitate forced adoptions. If you have lost your child(ren), please consider filling in this form to let the online world know – anonymously of course.

How many more children need to go missing (currently an estimated 10,000 a year), before their parents make institutions accountable?

How many farces / charades and masquerades need to be staged as ‘court cases’, before Parliament takes responsibility for an ‘independent’ judiciary? ‘Not Open to the Media’ even – despite Camilla Cavendish’s campaign in The Times in 2008?

Parents are now expected to PAY to see their kids in ‘contact centres’. How Stalinesque does the UK want to be?

These are some of the questions that fuelled my ‘wrath of god’ to start the petition Stop Forced Adoptions in the UK. 

Only people who know parents and grandparents concerned appreciate what’s going on. Only people who have tried to help as McKenzie Friends realise that ‘family courts’ are cloaks of secrecy covering up criminality.

Until everybody knows, please do sign the petition. Non-UK MEPs are willing to take 2,000 signatures to Parliament in Brussels!

Re-visiting the Computer Centre @ CERN

It has always struck me odd to talk about ‘bank holidays’ especially when referring to what used to be Christian events. But economic thinking has become soo pervasive that hardly anybody questions anything more.

I remember talking to mathematicians about the creation of money as debt at a conference, but nobody cared. Now I was told that CERN is wondering where its budget is going to come from and even where physics is going. The member countries don’t want to pay any more:

• because Corporations rule the World and not governments
• because financial control is more important than scientific research to those who pull the strings behind the backs of governments
• because high energy physics isn’t “in” – when compared with Open Data, Digital Shoreditch and TechCity.

Who am I to show the way with my innovative software methods? But my idea of data profiling is the perfect bridge between big business data and very big science data, i.e. the finances of “time is money”, the costs of products and services vs marketing them and the use of measurements as the basis for a new kind of web science.

Having been invited to Celebrate 50 Years of Computing @ CERN, I was extremely apprehensive regarding the victimisation by my former employer: the doctor who claimed I would not suffer in old age (let alone acknowledge my pains then), me not even considering taking a lawyer to fight my interests at the time (we were all a happy family, weren’t we), my later discovery that CERN’s lawyer was sitting on the board of an insurance company (any conflict of interest here?)… And I learned that CERN’s pension fund lost over one billion Swiss Francs due to the universally accepted recession and crisis.

Who am I to be irritated by the Dubai level of luxury in Geneva airport compared with London Luton? The 22-year-old granddaughter of my host in France said that Switzerland is the bank of bankers. To me that illustrates what this video of fascinating web analytics demonstrates: the Global Awakening is massive.

Back in London, I’m engulfed by the usual ‘shock therapy’ of bad news:

• George Osborne dares to challenge those 11 European countries who want to implement a Robin Hood Tax
• Vicky Haigh was set up to talk about her daughter whom she is not supposed to see until she is 18 and has been put in prison for 28 days; only one visit per week; her prison in Peterborough is in Saville Road of all places;
• my favourite (because she stands her ground) inmate in HMP Holloway was refused bail a second time; her lawyer says that nobody appears to be responsible for getting her out of jail;
• she confirms what Vicky had discovered during her nine months in jail before: foreigners are being targeted;
• another mother I’m helping has had to experience the worst betrayal possible less than two weeks before her next hearing – where we hope to reverse an adoption order; at least we got  permission to appeal;
• a woman whose two boys were taken from her showed me the documents relating to the fact that they should be adopted by a homosexual couple; this is NOT to be questioned, this is now ‘political correctness’!

A friend of mine went to church yesterday where he was told that this is going to be a month of miracles! Badly needed, methinks! Especially as my web hosting company punishes me by closing one of my websites because it has been hacked…

But one piece of good news is that the Community Interest Company that set up Help4LiPs has inaugurated great premises. Thus we can join forces also physically, not only virtually on screen!

victims as the sad effects are coming together:

child snatching as the most heinous of white collar crimes:

• this portfolio of nine cases was put before the Education Committee when it investigated child ‘protection’;
• this letter to the Attorney General is waiting to be exploited publicly, since it never got acknowledged;
• this overview of mainstream media coverage makes us credible in the eyes of non-believers;
• this petition to Stop the Secrecy of Family Courts has over 1,200 signatures;
• marvellous comments express exactly what we all know;

survivors of sexual abuse are coming out:

Hello, my name is S@@@@ and I’m sixteen years old. I don’t have children who have been taken, but I have a story I would like to share with you. When I was younger things used to happen to me at home, but nobody else knew about it except for him. Even my mum didn’t know what happened when no one was watching. I thought it was my fault, that it happened because I was bad but I didn’t know how to make it stop. I felt and still feel dirty.

Social services found out when I was fourteen and took me into care. They wouldn’t let me see my mum, they made me think she was angry with me when she wasn’t. The police told me I should give an interview, but I didn’t want to. They said it was my choice but reminded me that, “You have no family now and nowhere to go. We won’t let you go unless you do what you’re told.” A social worker picked me up and took me to a house that appeared normal on the outside, but it was really a police interview house for young ‘victims’. Her and the police lady said I couldn’t leave until I gave an interview, I was trapped. They had already asked me all the questions over and over again, I was so afraid and so tired, so alone. They treated me the same as they would a criminal (I know from speaking to offenders through programmes they ran at school), except they didn’t make me take off my shoes. it wouldn’t have mattered if I had hung myself with my shoelaces, I guess.They had told me I could go home after the interview, but they lied, they wouldn’t let me. They told me that I was in foster care because my mum had said that she didn’t love me and didn’t want me, but that wasn’t true. She was fighting for me like you are fighting now. But they were the police and social services, we had learned at school that they were honest, that whatever they said we could trust and believe them. I was so alone.

I don’t understand why they call it ‘care’. My foster carer complained if I was in the house and about the cost of washing my clothes. I wore the same dirty shirt to school all week without washing it. She turned the water off if I tried to have a shower. I had thought that it wouldn’t be possible to feel any more dirty than I had when things happened at home, but I was wrong. Social services wouldn’t let me see my family, I was allowed supervised contact with my mum, brother and one of my sisters for one hour maximum per week. They told my mum that I had said I hated her and didn’t want to see her, but I spent every meeting with my social worker begging her to let me go home and live with my mum. I thought they were keeping me away from my family because of what happened at home. I thought it proved that it was my fault, that I was evil and made of dirt and wasn’t even good enough for death.

I kept telling them that the court case was pointless, there was no evidence. But they said the jury would love an articulate ‘middle class’ white girl. I was a number on a piece of paper, a conviction in a courtroom, a box to be ticked. Throughout the whole thing, it felt like my trial, not his. The police hounded me for information, but I had nothing more I could give them. They told me I wasn’t allowed to say a single word to another human being about absolutely anything in the months running up to the trial. I lived in a world of silence, too terrified to break their rules. When it got to the trial, the judge called it off after twenty minutes. He said it wasn’t in my best interests, he was the only one to see me as what I was: a young girl with feelings.

Slowly, I developed anorexia, which is a complex mental illness that results in the sufferer feeling that they mustn’t eat because they are evil, dirty and don’t deserve food. I was allowed to go home when I nearly died from heart failure. Death doesn’t look good on the records.

My experience has changed my life forever. I have to live with anorexia, and I am constantly paranoid. I think people are checking up on me, I trust no one. I struggle to make friends because I think I will be taken away from my family if I speak to other people. I have no freedom, I am so afraid of them coming back into my life. But I’m home now, and I know in my heart that my family love me.

I have a balloon message for the children who are still lost, both the ones lost in care and the ones like me who have escaped the system but are still trapped by what happened. “When the world feels cold, find the love from your parents which reaches your heart even if you can’t hold it, love passes through time and space and lies. No matter how dark the night may seem, we never doubt that the sun will rise again in the morning. There is always hope” love S@@@@@@ xxx

The country of “Great” Britain seems to have been taken over by psychopaths who seem to have conned their way into gaining a “social worker” identity badge.

How far is this going to go?

The heavily pregnant young mother of 3 in Lowestoft who killed her children and leapt off a car park was being pursued by social services. She went to them for help and their “help” consisted of making moves on her children.

How did we let the real killers disguise themselves as social workers and scare this woman into feeling the only way out, was to leave the planet along with the children she took with her?

The social workers are murderers and this mother is not the only one.
Why is our Government not listening to its people?

They can say what they like about Margaret Thatcher but she would be turning in her grave at the way OUR children are being stolen by the state at a rate of knots.

Can you believe it when the Daily Mail prints it? How Social Services Paid Bonuses to snatch babies for adoption - already in January 2008:

• four babies a day – five years ago – when it represented a 300% increase
• 300 children a month – five years ago – which has risen to 1,000 children a month

The author Sue Reid who began studying forced adoptions in 2003 writes furthermore:

• she found a deeply secretive that is biased against decent parents
• routine dishonesty by Social Services
• questionable evidence by doctors
• one mother’s son was adopted on the grounds that there was a chance she might shout at him when he was older.

Regarding the institutionalisation of child snatching:

• millions of pounds of taxpayers’ money has been given to councils to encourage them to meet high Government targets on child adoptions
• Blair promised millions of pounds to councils that achieved the targets and some have already received more than £2 million each in rewards for successful adoptions
• Under New Labour policy, Blair changed targets in 2000 to raise the number of children being adopted by 50% to 5,400 a year

Regarding the national disgrace and human tragedy:

• the secrecy of the family courts threatens the centuries-old tradition of Britain’s legal system: innocent until proven guilty beyond all reasonable doubt
• there are nor juries in family courts, only a lone judge or trio of magistrates who make decisions based on the balance of probability
• many parents have found themselves sent to prison for breaching court orders by talking about their case

By the current President of the Family Division:

It seems quite indefensible that there should be no access by the media, and no access by the public, to what is going on in courts where judges are, day by day, taking people’s children away.

And Twitter is being taken seriously by mainstream media and official organisations, mainly for ‘risk management’, especially since the plane landing on the Hudson River had been helped so substantially by people tweeting.

First, I got this 18-page long collection of press coverage regarding suicides due to ATOS and benefit cuts – from a courageous whistleblower, these wonderful people who get crucified for doing the right thing. I’m afraid

One grandmother set up Children Screaming to be Heard to remedy the wounds afflicted by ruthless Social Services.

We’ve submitted this portfolio of nine cases to the Education Committee when it investigated child ‘protection’. John Hemming MP has over 1,700 cases on file for his Justice for Families campaign.

This is an account of the mainstream media reporting – so that the general public can believe the un-believable. I continue to visit and communicate with mums in prisons. Not enough to take their children. They then get criminalised and imprisoned fraudulently! And who can do anything about it? A whistleblower speaking on behalf girls being groomed for paedophiles got himself 28 days of prison!

We are currently helping a mum whose first daughter was taken at six months and adopted abroad – with the Local Authority not following guidelines and laws and the solicitor colluding. Her second daughter was taken six days after birth. But what can individuals do in the face of authorities colluding, committing crimes and more crimes to cover them up?

This grandfather sent me the link to the video. He keeps provoking Walsall Council who took his grandchildren against all reason and calls the video a ‘triumph’:

• because he hopes that now people will believe us who KNOW how bad / criminal / heinous Social Services are, in collusion with the Police, sanctioned by the secrecy of family courts and non-caring judges?
• because this visible wrongness CAN’T be tolerated by people who care?
• because this video SHOWS what we all know and try to expose, while attempting to help individual families?

A triumph of cruelty, nastiness and perfidious Albion: the institutionalised hypocrisy of supposedly acting in “the interest of the child”… How often will #paedobritain have to trend on Twitter? Will the UK want to wait for the outcome of the Royal Commission into child abuse in Australia before tackling the same problems at home?

The Paedofile Special: The Fat Kitten at the CICA on £95,000 a year who keeps sex abuse victims waiting for their compensation is the latest article which for me raises a few points of principle:

As far as paedophilia and child sexual abuse are concerned:

the bad news:

• institutional perpetrators have clearly no desire / ability to accept response-ability for either the emotional trauma or the financial consequences;

• institutionalised child snatching goes on unchallenged, while children and parents suffer and even get criminalised and imprisoned, for the secrecy of family courts ensures that nobody knows what’s going on until people are hit themselves and have very little chances of getting their children back;
• whistleblower Brian Pead who has been exposing Lambeth Council was sentenced to 28 days of prison for ‘contempt of court’…

the good news:

• Australian PM warns of ‘uncomfortable truths’ as national child abuse inquiry opens is today’s article in the Daily Mail;
  
• From Paedogeddon to #paedobritain: it’s not a joke any more is an excellent article in the Huffington Post – after #paedobritain was trending on Twitter on Online Action Day 28th March;
• spotlight on abuse: the past on trial has been visited over 100,000 times since it opened in February 2013;
• the needle blog has launched Operation Greenlight to research child sexual abuse
• a comment on this blog post promises that it’ll become “big news” in a few months in the mainstream media…

As far as money and the economy are concerned:

• People’s Petition against Austerity are a little sign of resistance against The City running not only Westminster but the whole country
• Government as Compensator of last resort is our proposal as ‘face saving operation’ for victims of white collar crimes in general
• Green Credit for Green Purposes has been our suggestion for the Treasury (other than Rothschild trained Osborne) since 2008
• for the State’s monopolies or USPs are Sovereignty and Seignorage – the legal privilege and financial mechanism of Nation States, completely undermined by the City.
