Patrick Cullinane (no. 17)
Patrick’s life was ruined by the Inland Revenue who bankrupted him.
The Guardian wrote This man was right all along it in 2003, which gave rise to interesting letters.
In 2005, the article Tax experts call for a bill of rights also refers to Patrick.
Here is a chronology of events that led to the Revenue depriving him of his house.
He has become a McKenzie Friend to many other victims and thus knows about wrong-doings on many different levels.
On October 4, 2010, he spoke to Police in front of the Royal Courts of Justice – on video.
Patrick writes himself:
Report by Phillip Inman of The Guardian, Financial Section, Monday 25 August 2008: Evidence put to the high court shows that Cullinane, far from owing tax, was due a rebate.
The Judges in my case are:
- Mr Registrar Pimm
- Mr Registrar Simmonds
- Mr Registrar Baister
- Mr Justice Jacobs
- Mr Justice Neuberger
- Lord Justice Stewart-Smith
- Mr Jonathan Parker
- Mr Justice Hart
- Master Leslie
- Mrs Justice Ebsworth
- Mr Justice Ferris
- Mr Justice Pumfrey
- Mr Justice Mann.
All the above High Court Judges have proved themselves to be corrupt to the core, as the evidence demonstrates. They conspired with each other and the Inland Revenue to ROB me of my home and possessions.
This is a serious criminal offence, but the Police will NOT prosecute these known conspiring thieves who are masquerading as Judges in the Royal Courts of ‘Justice’: -
That one line in The Guardian by my good friend Phillip Inman has cut right to the BONE of the INJUSTICE in the High Court and has haunted ALL the 13 ‘Judges’ involved in my case. Put up the judges names beside the article, as The Guardian’s lawyers have seen my evidence and are happy to expose the High Court on the strength of it. Just like they have done above.
His case is no. 17 under Grouping Cases to Enforce the Bank of England Act 1694 and introduces himself on video to our meeting at the House of Lords in March 2010.

I reside in the United States and I heard about the case of Mr Vijay Mistry who is a pharmacist in Esom Pharmacy in Watford, UK
I think that the judgment passed in his case is not fair at all. They canceled his practicing license for five years and said that he cannot appeal …..Is this how it should be? British justice is famous for is its judgment all over the world and I have great respect for it. WHAT HAPPENED TO IT…
It was only a traffic violation and he has been a pharmacist practicing for over 25 years without any problems
Can you look into this case and keep me posted?
Thank you

From the reports it would appear that Mr Mistry was convicted not of a traffic violation but of perjury concerning his traffic violation. As a pharmacist he would have needed to be registered with the Health Professions Council who would have taken a very dim view of this offence and presumably suspended his licence for a specified period of time.
As a note in the next few months social workers will be required to register with the Health Professions Council and the GSCC will be disbanded. They will be subject to the same regulations as other members of health professions supplementary to medicine which will include those regarding perjury.

My feeling is that there will be less likelihood of a social worker giving false testimony if there are strict consequences for doing so. I am not sure whether this will happen in practice but I think it possible the HPC (or whatever it will be called after the amalgamation) will refer proved cases of perjury to the police for possible criminal prosecution. In my opinion this can only be a good thing for those parents who have been falsely accused and a subsequent deterrent to those who might provide false statements. At the moment though it is a case of wait and see.

The list of judges above is but a small percentage of the crooked and corrupt judges operating in the UK. I, and no doubt many, many other people, have seen this corruption first hand. Judges who refuse claimants the right to speak and put their case across in the rules of natural justice. Judges who twist and distort material evidence to get a guilty party off the hook. Judges who receive backhanders from a guilty parties, to bend the case in their favour. Judges who refuse point blank to look at hard evidence of fraud by a guilty party. Judges who turn a blind eye to cases of perjury, and perverting the the course of justice, committed by guilty parties like solicitors. Seen all of the above first hand, having been defrauded of many thousands by crooked and corrupt lawyers. I am now having to survive on benefits because of their failure, or should I say severe wrongdoing, ie corruption. The UK judiciary is by far the most corrupt, deceitful, fraudulent, disgusting money grabbing organisation in the world. It needs disbanding immediately.
