Stop Elder Abuse is the first blog I found when I googled to support the extraordinary story of GrandmaB.
Grandma B concerns the Rotten Borough of York.
Stop Elder Abuse refers to the UK Study of Abuse and Neglect of Older People which was published in 2007 and the finding that some 324,000 elderly are suspected to be victims.
So we seem to have become a society that doesn’t care and doesn’t get outraged any more: whether children or the elderly suffer – as long as the culprits get away with white collar crimes that cover the full spectrum of human atrocities…
Let’s be as e-active as possible, if we don’t take to the streets…
