In defence of his horror story, Ricky Canty quotes Lord Denning 345 (B):
No court in this land will allow a person to keep an advantage which has been obtained by fraud.
No judgement of a court, no order of a minister can be allowed to stand, if it has been obtained by fraud.

His 74-year-old mother RITA GRACE CANTY was made bankrupt on July 4, 2000.
The solicitors Morgan Cole and Rees Wood & Terry claimed fraudulent proofs of debts against him and his mother to achieve the bankruptcy.The two only alleged creditors were in fact significantly indebted to mother and son, owing them approx. £100K since April 29, 1994.
Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) submit a fraudulent witness statement on August 31, 2001. On November 29, 2001, this caused an Order by the Court for possession, eviction and sale.
PWC succeed in imprisoning Ricky Canty, as he is alleged to be ‘in contempt’ of the order of November 29, 2001.
While in jail, PWC succeed in selling the mother’s home by auction.
PWC obtain two further Court Orders:
1. to remove all of Ricky’s and his parents’ properties
2. to sell or destroy all of Ricky’s and his parents’ properties.

Dear Ricky Canty (No.21 ) Sir at pres. I am assisting a Mrs. Dianne Smith whom is going the way you did .Sabine knows of Dianne’s case BUT is not INVOLVED , ” unfortunately ” , for we need a lot of support TODAY .Her case in some ways is following yours .Dianne’s main problem is lack of focus & she is suffering ” Legal Abuse Syndrome” due to her treatment .Thus is easily distracted from seeing important details & their relevance’s to her case in hand ;;so she has a tendency to long GOSSIP (around the subject ) whil’st on the phone .I will try to put you two in touch ,if I may .
