Already on April 5, 2001: Legal Mafia is failing public and ‘Experts’ are now failing children

The Daily Telegraph published this article where Austin Mitchell MP said “the self-regulation of solicitors was failing consumers.”

Eleven years later: the legal mafia has extended its activities into the family courts in ways that cannot but baffle anybody who has any common sense:

  • Channel IV revealed on Tuesday evening that ‘experts’ are being paid to ‘judge’ parents and children such that they end up being separated for life

The Daily Mail published on the same day:

And a day later: The doctor who broke up families: psychiatrist who damned  hundreds as ‘unfit parents’ faces GMC probe

Hello after a Great Meeting in the House of Commons!

The pictures are too large to put up here. But you can find two on the picture gallery of veteran fighter Maurice Kirk (30 years of harassment by 3 police forces) and those, kindly supplied by Brad Meyer , in my report of the meeting on Victims Unite!

You can also read a press release and an initial set of videos supplied by Brad. A second set will come soon, too.

And you can go forward:

Yesterday’s House of Commons Meeting: Towards a Public Inquiry into White Collar Crime

Videos of the meeting are now here.

Lord Sudeley, Chris Johnson, Maurice Kirk, Meirion Bowen, Diana MitchellI was VERY impressed by the MPs who gave us their support on the day:

  1. Nic Dakin, MP for Stanley Embling, was the first to arrive and the first to email this morning again: the Government plans a consultation for the Economic Crime Agency in Spring 2011!
  2. Austin Mitchell MP knows victim problems VERY well and laid out the strategy which I have discussed with him since:
    • ask the Government to stage a Public Inquiry first
    • if they don’t do it, let’s stage a “Shadow Inquiry”
    • make a proposal for the Economic Crime Agency to be a regulator that is independent by cutting across key sectors, such insolvency practitioners, accountants, lawyers and court services
    • ask the Justice and the Business Committee whether they’d look into white collar crime
    • use some six key cases to demonstrate our grievances
  3. John Hemming, Lib Dem MP for Birmingham, gave us new avenues to pursue:
  4. John McDonnell, MP for Hayes and Harlington, gave us excellent support and demonstrated the experience that he has had and thus is fully behind us
  5. Alex Cunningham, MP for Stockton North, came to listen for a while
  6. Caroline Lucas, MP for Brighton, sent her researcher.

Victims vs Establishment – A Lost Cause?

This was the subject line of my newsletter at the beginning of December 2010. It started by:

Hello again, in the Spirit of Tackling the Serious Oppression of the British people,

First of all, many thanks to everybody who’s viewed and signed our latest petition in support of Maurice Kirk and all other victims of financial exploitation and legal oppression. In his indefatigable and adventurous spirit, Maurice has toured Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney to “rattle a few cages” – with a TV programme, newspaper and video reporting. Trying to keep him out of jail, despite a warrant for arrest, is paramount, given his medical condition and the number of false imprisonments he’s endured already.

WANTED: Fair Trials and Compensation – instead of an Effective Remedy before National Authorities – has now reached 153 signatures and over 1,700 page views. The most fascinating reading are the comments that I compiled into a document. Together with the comments to STOP the OPPRESSION of the BRITISH PEOPLE, these are most valuable campaigning documents to refer to, when people pursue their own cases. Especially when communicating with your MP, you can demonstrate how you are far from alone!

More Horrendous Victim Stories with even more Unbelievable Cover-Ups

I thought I was just sending another invitation to another meeting with Austin Mitchell MP. Well, I had NOT realised that at least two victims would want to come whose stories are, once again, soooo unbelievable that it takes a certain inner “get ready for this” jolt.

The stories are outrageous because of the degree of the cover-up which authorities are capable of, as they are waiting for victims to run out of money, steam or die, as Maurice J Kirk BVSc writes on his website – which is certainly one of the most horrendous victim stories with extraordinary cover-ups.
Western Morning News

  • This Western Morning News article is about George Westcott who was poisoned by a chemical (organophosphare) that the Government imposes on farmers who keep sheep; doctors denied his illness and he lost his health, farm and family;
  • Here is the story of Ms Charles Seven whose creative work was sold by Russells Media Lawyers. Even though she won a judgment in her favour, she has not been paid any compensation or royalties. Instead, the judge was found dead, and she is being ‘gang stalked’.
  • I first had seen it with Raymond Fox who had purchased a property that turned out to have been contaminated by nuclear waste from Shell UK: nobody accepts responsibility, nobody is accountable to pay compensation; instead, Mr Fox has been bankrupted, made homeless and exposed to numerous other victimisations.
  • And then there is Maggie Tuttle who has become the victim of one Leslie Lesser; her website is called The Missing Millions of Southend and describes the impossibility of getting justice, once one has become the victim of white collar crime, institutionalised or not…

Hello and Happy New 2011 with a Meeting in the House of Commons!

Hello and Happy New 2011!

No matter whether you, like Lewis Nicholson with his “Victim of Judicial Fraud” shirt, have come to any of our meetings in Westminster before, you are invited to join us on Tuesday, January 25th! Under the auspices of our Chairman Austin Mitchell MP, I looked for support from other MPs, especially those who have signed Early Day Motions (EDMs) covering issues that are relevant to our causes.

I also invited those MPs whose victims are among the four fraudulent bankruptcies we presented to the Lord Chancellor Kenneth Clarke QC MP and the Business Minister Vincent Cable MP. And I invited the MPs whose cases I put before the EU Commission for Justice, besides a few others whose stories I published on Victims Unite!

Victims of White Collar Crime (financial exploitation and legal oppression): blog and report

This blog became necessary to focus on “victims turned starfighters”, after we had produced Room 14 – a Foundation for Change and Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694.

Since then, I’ve also created Flying Vet challenges South Wales Police, while helping Maurice Kirk as the spearhead of the ‘victim movement’.

Now I tried to put it all together in this 20-page report which I’m making available to MPs and victims alike. Feel free to make use of it for your purposes and let me know if it makes sense to you.

And do use for your own purposes also references to our two petitions targeted at HM The Queen and “HM Partnership“:
