What is worse: getting your home or your children stolen?

Bankruptcy Filings...

I started Victims Unite because it seemed necessary to distinguish between monetary causes and  their effects: victims of financial exploitation and legal fraud.

Shocked by four fraudulent bankruptcies, I tried to help. But besides discovering more and more horror stories, I also discovered child snatching as a major issue.

When mainstream media pick up an issue, it becomes credible. Hence I put this collection of titles and links together as an overview.

And today we have the Western Mail, the National Newspaper of Wales, having Concerns raised over Welsh children taken into care sent to live miles from their homes.

Your Chance to Complain to the Commission on Banking Standards!

Andrew Tyrie MP is not only the Chairman of the Treasury Select Committee, but also now of the Commission on Banking Standards. In French, I would say ‘ça tombe bien': ‘it falls well’.

I don’t have to distinguish between the lack of Enforcement of the Bank of England Act 1694 and the dishonesty of our money system as the CAUSE and their EFFECTS: white collar crimes and their victims, or as Maurice Kirk puts it: blanket immunity to civil servants and professions who seriously break the law.

Please, do consider making your complaint. I know it seems hardly worth doing. I know “they” pay only lip service and your contribution will only make history by being published. But let’s do it anyway, just to satisfy our own conscience:
“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching,
Love like you’ll never be hurt,
Sing like there’s nobody listening,
And live like it’s heaven on earth.”

New e-petition targeted at HM Treasury: Withdraw Barclays’ Banking Licence!

Short and to the point: Withdraw Barclays’ Banking Licence!

Responsible department: Her Majesty’s Treasury

Within a capitalist economy banks perform a vital function in facilitating the production and exchange of goods and services. In return for fulfilling this role responsibly they are allowed to hold a banking licences, which brings them great benefits in terms of the ability to create money through making loans. The systematic manipulation of the LIBOR value to serve its business interests makes clear that Barclays is not a fit company to hold a banking licence. We call upon the government to withdraw Barclays banking licence.

A television crew from Sky News visited Molly Scott Cato at home to interview her about the manipulation of inter-bank lending rates by Barclays and the resignation of its chief executive Bob Diamond. This appeared on appeared on Sky news earlier this month.

New petition on the block: Public Inquiry into wrongdoing and ethics of bankers

Addressed at HM Treasury, this petition says:

We the undersigned call for an independent, judicial public enquiry into fraud, wrongdoing and ethics of British banks, their management and their staff, and the role of the British Bankers Association. The terms of reference of this inquiry should also include the manipulation of interest rates on about £225 trillion of assets. The inquiry must have full powers to compel witnesses to appear on oath, and to obtain all forms of evidence.

If  it gets 100,000 signatures, it will lead to a debate in Parliament. It was initiated by Ann Pettifor who is very well versed in the subject. More

Let’s steal them their money which we create from thin air and call it “customer service”

Most people don’t know that banks create money from thin air and call it “credit” for which they then charge “interest”. This differs fundamentally from “cash” which the Government creates – interest-free. It’s this dishonesty about the creation of money that is the ultimate white collar crime for every nation and humanity as a whole. Meanwhile, the banksters even steal this dishonest money from people’s accounts as below:

It’s a long story but I have had much trouble with Halifax bank, and now it seems Barclays who I joined after leaving Halifax because of the trouble I had with them.

Somehow Barclays have colluded with Halifax and got Experian Credit Score Co, or are using Experian, to punish me for complaining about them officially.

Barclays said Experian, the biggest credit score co in the world, are not part of their set-up, but I’m sure they work with all banks, and must do anyway to get the info about one.

“We” is editorial

Dear Sirs,

We will copy this letter to Ian Taylor-Ramsden of the Financial Ombudsman Service since it helps to establish that he is not impartial.  We believe that your bank is rewarding him for his lack of impartiality.    Your bank has been corrupt since it was established in South Africa when it supported Apartheid.    You may recall that Peter Hain, MP, put his life at risk in opposing your bank and Apartheid.
