WHOM DO YOU ASK for help when the State bullies you for whistleblowing on paedophilia – especially once imprisoned?

14 07 23 from Hillsborough to Lambeth Front coverFirst I saw the fraudulent imprisonment of Vicky Haigh when I acted as McKenzie Friend for her, together with Liz Watson who was also sent to prison on fabricated charges. Vicky had asked Social Services for help with the abuse her daughter was experiencing from her father.

  • First lesson learned: never ever ask Social Services for help!
  • Daddy does things to me he shouldn’t, and now I can’t see mummy any more.
  • The rest is a network of corrupt guys at the right place in the right institution…

Then I saw Gloria and Chiwar Musa being imprisoned as two of the some 200 parents who are sent to prison by secret family courts every year, as Harriet Harman admitted in Parliament in 2006.

  • Second lesson: never think you can trust a judge, jury or another judge, let alone the Social Workers, Police Officers, lawyers and NHS staff involved.
  • The eldest daughter was molested by the son of her foster carer.
  • The second daughter told her mum that they were taken to dark places at night where there are only men.
  • The son asked: mummy, what is paedophilia?

Then we visited Melissa Laird in HMP Holloway. She had been advised to plead guilty to get her son back.

And we saw how prison conditions in HMP Holloway are just as bad as in HMP Cardiff for Maurice Kirk – especially to stop Litigants in Person from advancing their case. At the same time, it is impossible to get trustworthy lawyers. And now not even Legal Aid.

  • Next lesson: Complaint procedures don’t result in anything.
  • HMP Governors hide behind communication walls and Police or Prison Inspectors are not responsible or find other excuses.

The latest ‘cri de coeur’ comes from whistleblower Brian Pead who now calls himself William Brian Freeman. He has been in 5 prisons since 14 May 2014.

DON’T ADOPT My Son! – A Leaflet for the Next Empowerment Monday

Stop Forced Adoptions

Empowerment Mondays at the Royal Courts of Justice in London are powerful opportunities for victims to unite and dare to ‘come out’ and ‘speak out’.

DON’T ADOPT MY SON[1]

Homeless in the US whilst he is kept for adoption[2]
as published by John Hemming– the only MP
who stands up for Justice for Families[3]

Melissa’s story is typical for what is unique in the UK[4]: child snatching aka state kidnapping, especially foreigners, sanctioned by courts, parents gagged from speaking out under threat of imprisonment, mainstream media not reporting the truth and children screaming to be heard[5]. Parents are punished without having committed any crime[6]. Forced adoptions[7] take place without their consent.

Deported, imprisoned and beaten for being a parent[8] and Social workers damn us both ways[9] are Christopher Booker’s articles about Melissa Laird[10] in The Telegraph. As McKenzie Friends[11] (lay legal advisors) we visited her in HMP Holloway for nearly two years. We reported: Five mothers on hunger strike[12] which resulted in a gagging order[13] and two journalists being banned from Holloway. We published She wins in Court, but gets beaten up in Prison[14]. One month later, the police interviewed her but no-one got charged.

OUT OF HOLLOWAY: at what cost? With what damages and what irreparable traumas?

Melissa Laird is the US mother who was deported on 12 September whilst her child is kept for adoption. She received her Deportation Order made on 29 November 2012 on 12 December 2012 in Holloway prison. This delay in post going in and out seems to be standard for prisoners who try to defend themselves and act as Litigants in Person.

In fact, it is utterly amazing, if anybody succeeds with any litigation whilst ‘inside’. I have not only seen this first hand with Melissa but also with Maurice Kirk, the flying vet who has been exceptionally bullied and harassed and extremely damaged by South Wales Police and the Director of Caswell Clinic.

Melissa was dumped in Dulles Airport Washington – without ‘reception and rehabilitation’ as would have been required by law. But the Rule of Money has long replaced the Rule of Law in the family courts, it seems.

Her son has not seen his mum since 13 December 2011, when he was 4 years old. For anybody to claim it’s in the child’s best interest, is farcical, to put it mildly. No proper assessment of the child’s best interest has taken place anyhow. But it’s much more fun for Social Workers to travel to Spain to gather ‘evidence’ and justify their child snatching by presenting a ‘paper reality’ to judges who sanction ‘on paper’ whatever separates children from their parents and grandparents – for the sake of sex, money or both…

How to stop cover up is the real issue addressed by John Hemming MP on Channel IV news:

EXCEPTIONAL and extreme cases of maladministration and mismanagement?

How do you compare injustice, fraud, failures of ‘the system’ and explain the width of the gap between the Rule of Law (and correctness) and the Rule of Money (and corruption)?

Victims Unite started in August 2010 by publishing individual cases that were begun on Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694. Since then I

  • accompanied some 50 general and another 50 or so cases in family courts
  • posted 474 articles
  • and 815 followers are reading regularly about ‘us’, the victims turning into starfighters, campaigners, online activists and McKenzie Friends and ‘them’, the ‘public service’ organisations ranging from police, prison, courts, the House of Commons and House of Lords to the Government in Downing Street.

13 08 31 statsToday, the 250,000 mark of visitors will be passed. And I am sorry to say that the only thing that has improved is my ability to ‘see through’ what’s happening more and more:

  • public officials commit white collar crimes
  • they deny and lie
  • they cover each other
  • they commit more crimes to cover up.

No matter which ‘case’ comes before courts, no matter which story I try to publish, no matter who tries to get justice and compensation, it’s never a level playing field, for there is always one individual that is being victimised by many officials who are ‘just doing their job’.  More

US MOTHER to be deported whilst her child is kept for adoption

13 08 23 eighteen and underThe US mother of a single child is one of some 50 foreign nationals kept in Holloway, whilst their children are in ‘care’. Her judgement to ‘discharge’ the stay on her deportation is on John Hemming MP’s blog.

Two ‘reconsiderations’ of this and another refusal are before the Court that says a hearing will take place within 8 weeks.

The barrister who submitted the Judicial Review that caused the published judgement wrote that UKBA knows every second that she is being held is illegal. For 14 months are beyond EU rules of 6 months and ‘excessive’ rather than ‘reasonable’ in terms of UK laws.

What can she do? Submit another application. From prison conditions that are made to prevent her from access to justice: no money for phone calls and mail delayed, besides McKenzie Friends not being allowed to take papers in and out. Only solicitors. Two law firms advised her badly. One suggested she should change her non-guilty plea to ‘guilty’.

But Edward Timpson MP in his response to Belinda McKenzie’s letter to the Prime Minister to RETURN OUR STOLEN CHILDREN writes:

… placing a child in the care of a local authority, the authority will continue to work with the family with a view to the child returning home

We only know what we’re up against when we’re in it and directly hit and concerned:

  • the systematic destruction of the family unit
  • the endemic hypocrisy “in the best interest of the child”
  • the Rule of Money over the Rule of Law
  • the political apathy towards the financial war
  • the ‘austerity cuts’ that create extra havoc in a corrupt judicial system
  • ‘globalisation’ as the policy for blurring national identification and sovereignty.

TOWARDS 200,000 Views and the Non-Adoption of a War against Shills

I set up Victims Unite in August 2010, when Paulette Cooper was still alive. She had been my main strategic co-thinker, as her victimisation covered everything from bankruptcy to home repossession and NHS cover-up, besides domestic violence. She knew from experience how ‘the system’ had betrayed her. And she was very spiritual in her attitude, always emphasising the Positive, without giving ‘oxygen’ or attention to negativity.

Why communicate with people who are nasty to you, when you can talk to and email people who are kind?

No, I shall not enter or support a ‘war on shills‘. I shall not betray my vision of a ‘peace network’ of computers and people protecting our planet which brought me to London in 1981. Neither shall I betray my mum who saved me through the bombings of Dresden 68 years ago. In a video I saw on an anniversary site, a witness said that she had seen a woman standing with her pram, but both she and her child were dead. They were suffocated from the air that was full of soot. My mum had taken some of my pampers and wetted them to protect her breathing… She called me ‘Sabine’ after the women who had carried their babies between the warring armies in Rome – to STOP the men from fighting.  More

Government Child ‘Protection’ Exposed in AUS, UK, US & CAN – to revisit Operation Ore?

Child ‘protection’ or ‘snatching‘ is not a single issue campaign, nor is it a national phenomenon. But most ‘activism’ is based on the suffering of personal experience.

Nick Clegg said in Parliament that victims of abuse should speak out and that perpetrators would be brought to justice. Will he listen to parents who lost their children to Social Services as procurers for paedophiles, too?

Meanwhile, readers are invited to remember Operation Ore, the UK’s biggest ever police investigation which remains surrounded by controversies rather than justice for perpetrators and compensation for victims.
