COURT HEARINGS to support victims turned starfighters in Norfolk and St. Albans

I’m using the superb platform www.meetup.com to support people in their court hearings. It’s VERY important for the Court to see ‘bodies’, for supporters to network, for victims to know that they are not alone and for bloggers to spread the word online.

Please visit http://www.meetup.com/victims-unite/ for this special kind of ‘activism’ or learning to become a McKenzie Friend.

The first hearing on 10 September is to support Michael Doherty in St. Albans.

The second one on 13 September to support Brian Pead in Norfolk.

PAEDOPHILES: Here & Now (Kent, world wide) and There & Then (80s)

Kent’s Missing Children - a report on page 1 and 5 in a local paper.

Experts talk about Kent as the capital of ‘Paedophilia UK’. Children are taken to Kent when they should be ‘cared’ for in London or Suffolk and parents have unnecessarily long travels. It all makes sense only, when you begin to see that either sex or money or both are the reasons for these heinous activities by ‘them the institutions’.

Elms Guest House: 1980s paedophiles poised to be outed? As the obvious existence of long-standing systemic child sex abuse comes increasingly to light, more and more long-serving politicians are beginning to feel queasy. The fairly reliable word out there on the streets now is that two former Tory ministers, seven other MPs and various social luminaries from the late 1970s and early 1980s were regular visitors at the Barnes ‘venue’ featured above…….the boys all having been recruited from a nearby care home.

The ‘dead Liberal MP’ one would presume to have been Rochdale’s finest and fattest, but other names (I hear) are surprising: the span goes all the way from the BNP to the IRA, and from Buckingham Palace to the left wing of the Labour Party. As I said last month, the Establishment’s main problem here is that they genuinely don’t know how far this scandal will go before it’s burnt out: they cover up to protect what they fear, not necessarily to protect their own guilt.

Labour Councillor for Leicester Manish Sood found guilty of Grooming School kids for sex

Labour25 started by publishing information about 25 convicted paedophiles in the Labour Party. Now there are 36 in total.

And this is their latest story:

The parents of the children swore at the Labour Councillor as he was found guilty of trying to molest their children as he was ushered quickly by security staff at Leicester Crown Court. The paedophile known as Labour Councillor for Leicester Manish Sood who stood in the dock brings the Labour Party paedophiles to total a staggering 36 with Four others arrested and slipping through the court system. But there was no slipping away from the judge at this court.. and the verdict was guilty.

The Labour25 listed paedophile Manish Sood, spotted an advertisement by a school girl for a job in Gumtree, an online service with a part time work column. Paedophile Manish Sood then decided to phone her and asked her for sex at a fixed price. The child got frightened and was so scared, she told no-one but her friend in her school. She told her friend what the paedophile Labour councillor was asking her to do for him. He sent scores of filthy text messages and phone calls of an explicit nature. More

Demonstrators ask: Abolish the IPCC and Keith Vaz MP responds with an Inquiry

#CardboardCoffinMan Michael Doherty (here in the pub later, together with Ian Puddick) organised this demo that brought together some 200 protestors with excellent speeches.

But the real surprise was the prompt response by the Chairman of the Home Select Committee Keith Vaz MP, as announced by the BBC:

There will be an investigation, an inquiry into the operation, powers and the future of the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission)

I wish all demos had such “instant gratification” and effective interaction between people, mainstream media and politicians!

Scandalising a Judge or “it is vital that public confidence in the judiciary is protected”

In my observation of UK courts over a number of years from the point of view of victims of white collar crimes, public confidence can only be restored, if culprits admit to their shortcomings, ask for forgiveness and offer compensation. A kind of “Courts Jubilee”.

Meanwhile, however, David Dunlop, a smart barrister defends Peter Hain MP in an Irish court against the Northern Ireland Attorney General John Larkin. The former Northern Ireland Secretary of State Peter Hain is being prosecuted for critical comments about a Hight Court judge in his autobiography.

But his barrister is suggesting:

  1. Does the “archaic” offence of ‘scandalising the court’ still exist?
  2. Criticism of judges or of judicial decisions does not in itself constitute contempt of court.
  3. The fair criticism of judges and judicial decisions is not only quite clearly a right, there are also occasions when there may be a duty to do it.
  4. “Citizens are entitled to have confidence in the administration of justice, they should not be improperly deprived of this entitlement or have it endangered.”

As reported by the Press Association, the full case will be heard on June 19.

Police accused of silence on crime

This article in the Northumberland Gazette does not come as a surprise to us ‘seasoned victims’.

What’s good is that Ronnie Campbell, Labour MP for Blyth, has stepped in!

However, the article focusses more on releasing information to the media than investigating crimes. For our experience has most definitely been that the Police does not seem to want to investigate white collar crimes or any other in Paulette Cooper‘s case whose perpetrator had too many ‘mates’ in the Police.

Or, as in Maurice J Kirk BVSc‘s case: they are bullying and harassing him to the point of putting a ‘firearms response’ in place, i.e. be ready to shoot to kill.

Long live Crime and Disorder as a replacement for Law and Order!…

John Hemming: the MP who outed Ryan Giggs in superinjunctions row

John Hemming MP has not only been supportive of victims of injunctions, but he attended also our meeting on January 25, 2011.

The victims who gathered have experienced all sorts of white collar crimes and included someone who is also threatened with prison for allegedly having violated an order.

I have been threatened with prison, too, in case I violate two such orders!…

This Guardian article mentions the fact John Hemming MP removed the gag on Vicky Haigh and Doncaster Council. But it concludes with a quote by Tom Harris, the former Labour transport minister:

It is behaviour that is unacceptable for an MP.

He is obviously enjoying the reputation of being something of a maverick,

Power to your being a maverick, John!!!

The BBC reports Super-injunctions row: Hemming denies abusing privilege.

I did NOT write this headline. It comes from the Butterworth and Bowcott on Law blog.

I just wonder when everybody who is writing about injunctions will look into those I am subjected to:

  1. by Swansea Council that hides the Stealing of Baby Harley
  2. by Doncaster Council that protects the paedophile father of Vicky Haigh’s daughter

Tony Benn on Video at Doncaster Coalition of Resistance launch meeting

This video lasts 9.45 minutes and shows how old age makes people think long-term. At 85, Tony Benn refers to the time of his great grandfather 200 years ago.

Since then, unionists have established the right to organise, chartists the right to vote for workers and suffragettes for women.

And he quoted a colleague “If you can have full employment killing Germans, why can’t we have full employment to build hospitals?”

What is currently happening with the spending cuts is not only a brutal law of class legislation but the attempt to wipe out 200 years of democratic history.

In the Guardian, Tony Benn calls for revolt against coalition budget cuts on August 4 and August 9

The Coalition of Resistance site announces events country-wide.
