Jimmy Savile, Police
Gang, Greater Manchester Police, Hillsborough, Law, Law Enforcement, Police, Robbery, United States
This book has 3 raving reviews so far. For it describes that and how the Hillsborough, Savile and ‘Plebgate’ investigations are NOT exceptions, but the symptom of
a culture of dishonesty, lies and often stupidity which has been accepted by the Government of the day, the judiciary and the public at large for many years
born so long ago, but allowed to fester and grow with the many examples and revelations which have continued until today with Hillsborough as only one shocking example.
So who are we with

The disconnect between Parliament and ‘the public’ has never been greater.
But when the Secret ‘Justice’ Bill glides through Parliament and ‘the public’ prefers to be asleep, we can only hope that those few who notice, will share their news as effectively as The Tap – an interesting ‘collective’ contributing to a blog.
There is no such thing as ‘the system’. We are talking about people being paid for working
- in HMG Government, i.e. Downing Street and Whitehall
- in the City of Westminster with Parliament supposedly as the Highest Court of the Land
- the State with its civil servants and employees in ‘authorities’ and ‘public institutions’
- the Law (Judiciary) or Ministry of Justice
- and the Law Enforcement (Police) – all necessary to turn Britain into a Police State.

The decades of exploits of Jimmy Savile have been treated with what can only be described as ‘Wilful Blindness’ exercised by the British Establishment, i.e. Police, Judiciary, Government, Authorities etc: Police ‘too busy’ for fraud.
There is a remarkable parallel in respect of the gross Misfeasance in Public Office in the way bank victims have been treated over the decades, when bringing evidence of bank theft and corruption perpetrated upon them, which the police and judiciary have refused to act upon. WHY????
Jimmy Savile must have used, or been privy to the same covert institutional misfeasance as the banks. See: www.safe-online.org More

This video was taken after Caul Grant tried, once again, to be heard in his cry for justice, after having lost his little boy due to NHS negligence.
Here he came out after a hearing where he questioned the 12-year travel ban that was imposed on him, after he deliberately committed a crime – only so that his grievances over the death of his boy could be heard…
His Campaign for Truth and Justice has since exposed many other crimes and tragedies of victims of financial and legal oppression.

MoDPensions.com only tells one story that is representative of how many servicemen???
The Committee on Standards in Public Service thinks that everything is hunky dory, but does invite the general public to provide input. The Nolan principles that public servants should act on are: Selflessness, Integrity, Objectivity, Accountability, Openness, Honesty, Leadership.
If all that was operational, I wouldn’t have to publish most of my websites for Victims of Fraud! I wouldn’t have had to send this email either:
Dear Sir Christopher
Re: Ethics and Best practice – what works?
It is with great pleasure that I read about your invitation to the public to express views and experiences regarding Ethics and Best practice and learned about the seven principles Selflessness – Integrity – Objectivity – Accountability – Openness – Honesty – Leadership. I’m afraid they make me laugh, given my experiences…

What do They Know is a marvellous site for making requests according to the Freedom of Information Act.
This list of poignant questions was answered by the City of London Police and gave rise to the following comments by WWII Veteran and Human Rights connaisseur Norman Scarth:
In the link above, the City Of London Police give a link to an announcement from the Attorney General’s Office, in which they mention ‘Civil Restraint Orders’. These were brought in under Lord Woolf’s Civil Procedures Rules. This shows how Woolf’s ‘Reforms'(?), far from ‘simplifying the law’ & giving people ‘ACCESS to JUSTICE’, were really designed to make Britain more of a Police State, giving MORE ways to obstruct victims of State Crime from seeking a remedy in the courts.
