The US mother of a single child is one of some 50 foreign nationals kept in Holloway, whilst their children are in ‘care’. Her judgement to ‘discharge’ the stay on her deportation is on John Hemming MP’s blog.
Two ‘reconsiderations’ of this and another refusal are before the Court that says a hearing will take place within 8 weeks.
The barrister who submitted the Judicial Review that caused the published judgement wrote that UKBA knows every second that she is being held is illegal. For 14 months are beyond EU rules of 6 months and ‘excessive’ rather than ‘reasonable’ in terms of UK laws.
What can she do? Submit another application. From prison conditions that are made to prevent her from access to justice: no money for phone calls and mail delayed, besides McKenzie Friends not being allowed to take papers in and out. Only solicitors. Two law firms advised her badly. One suggested she should change her non-guilty plea to ‘guilty’.
But Edward Timpson MP in his response to Belinda McKenzie’s letter to the Prime Minister to RETURN OUR STOLEN CHILDREN writes:
… placing a child in the care of a local authority, the authority will continue to work with the family with a view to the child returning home…
We only know what we’re up against when we’re in it and directly hit and concerned:
- the systematic destruction of the family unit
- the endemic hypocrisy “in the best interest of the child”
- the Rule of Money over the Rule of Law
- the political apathy towards the financial war
- the ‘austerity cuts’ that create extra havoc in a corrupt judicial system
- ‘globalisation’ as the policy for blurring national identification and sovereignty.

The Secrecy of Family Courts links to the Secret Prisoners who have been of interest to John Hemming MP for a long time.
But as our civil rights are being diminished more and more, we need to learn yet more to stand our ground and know that we are not alone.
By connecting with other victims, we become ‘starfighters’ and campaigners, McKenzie Friends, online activists and Public Interest Advocates.
On July 2nd we have the opportunity to meet in the House of Commons again – in Committee Room 14 – from 10 to 12am – and network in the Jubilee Cafe afterwards.

I set up Victims Unite in August 2010, when Paulette Cooper was still alive. She had been my main strategic co-thinker, as her victimisation covered everything from bankruptcy to home repossession and NHS cover-up, besides domestic violence. She knew from experience how ‘the system’ had betrayed her. And she was very spiritual in her attitude, always emphasising the Positive, without giving ‘oxygen’ or attention to negativity.
Why communicate with people who are nasty to you, when you can talk to and email people who are kind?
No, I shall not enter or support a ‘war on shills‘. I shall not betray my vision of a ‘peace network’ of computers and people protecting our planet which brought me to London in 1981. Neither shall I betray my mum who saved me through the bombings of Dresden 68 years ago. In a video I saw on an anniversary site, a witness said that she had seen a woman standing with her pram, but both she and her child were dead. They were suffocated from the air that was full of soot. My mum had taken some of my pampers and wetted them to protect her breathing… She called me ‘Sabine’ after the women who had carried their babies between the warring armies in Rome – to STOP the men from fighting. The disconnect between Parliament and ‘the public’ has never been greater.
But when the Secret ‘Justice’ Bill glides through Parliament and ‘the public’ prefers to be asleep, we can only hope that those few who notice, will share their news as effectively as The Tap – an interesting ‘collective’ contributing to a blog.
There is no such thing as ‘the system’. We are talking about people being paid for working
- in HMG Government, i.e. Downing Street and Whitehall
- in the City of Westminster with Parliament supposedly as the Highest Court of the Land
- the State with its civil servants and employees in ‘authorities’ and ‘public institutions’
- the Law (Judiciary) or Ministry of Justice
- and the Law Enforcement (Police) – all necessary to turn Britain into a Police State.

Victims Unite has brought a few starfighters together who have studied the law, helped as McKenzie Friends and challenged antiquated rules such as the ban on recording court proceedings.
Here is the online petition Abolish the Ban on Recording Court Proceedings and here is a first collection of comments by signers.
Here are a few conclusions by victims who stand up for themselves:
UK Police Personnel should have Criminal Records Bureau Checks – an online petition that publishes a list of charged or convicted Prison, Police and Court Personnel (ca 1274)
The Law is only as good as the integrity of those entrusted to administrate it. — Maurice Kirk
A law breaker cannot also be a law enforcer. — Caul Grant
‘The Law’ in Britain (The Police & the Courts), deliberately deny me the protection of the law, & deliberately block me from seeking a remedy in the courts for crimes & other wrongs committed against me. That being so, & it IS fact, then that same ‘Law’ CANNOT be used to punish me. Indeed, both Police & Courts have themselves committed serious crimes against me, & do so with impunity.
Or in short:
- LAW ONE is to Protect the Powerful.
- LAW TWO is to Oppress those who are Not.
- LAW THREE is to destroy anyone who dares to protest. — Norman Scarth
