From Parliament’s Lords Debates yesterday, 05 December 2013 with links and bullet points added:

Police: Independent Police Commission Report

Motion to Take Note

4.11 pm

Moved by Lord Harris of Haringey

PLEASE SEE THE SPEECHES THAT FOLLOWED BEFORE LORD LYTTON ROSE TO HIS FEET

and particularly that by Lady A Harris on Forensic experts etc

5.29 pm
The Earl of Lytton (CB): My Lord, I too welcome the opportunity to debate this report. I am grateful to the noble Lord, Lord Harris of Haringey, for that and to the noble Lord, Lord Stevens of Kirkwhelpington, for his work and for the work of his commission members as far as it goes.

We can all agree that good policing is of vital importance to all of us. My starting point is the historic understanding that policing would not be subject to political interference but would be self-governing. This meant that the police were also self-co-ordinating and self-managing in policy and operational terms.

The Association of Chief Police Officers—ACPO—effectively moved into that role as the embodiment of senior ranks, guardians of its professionalism and integrity and of police management. That embodiment remains pivotal. It advises the Home Office, represents Britain abroad in Interpol and Europol and co-ordinates the 43 police forces across England and Wales. In this role it issues guidance, directions and advice which carry great authority and are used in legal proceedings. It seems to me still to have a controlling if no longer a monopoly influence in the College of Policing and thereby a major say in policy, while retaining operational matters to itself. Its members and directors are senior police officers.

Given this unique and authoritative pan-police oversight, why do we continue to see instances of widespread and critical failings, More

UK COPS bungle sex ring probe – no investigation for 18 months: #paedobritain leads to #childsnatchuk or the other way round?

13 11 17 UK Cops bungle sex ring probeThis article in The Sun on Saturday 16th November 2013 refers to Project Spade that the Daily Mail had reported as 76 Americans busted in massive global child porn ring including police officers, teachers and doctors as nearly 400 children are rescued

The Sun points out that the UK had not plaid ball: neither Police nor the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) or the National Crime Agency that took over. The agency’s Phil Gormley now wants to be a ‘good boy’…

Here’s how The Mirror reports: Police probe as HUNDREDS of suspected paedophiles still free – 18 months after being named

The Toronto Star: Child porn bust: How police worldwide worked together to bring down a child porn ring – mentioning two British nationals with ‘hands-on abuse’.

And here’s how Phil Thompson comments. His 3 greatgrandchildren were stolen by Walsall Council and adopted without court judgement. He sent the paper clipping: More

VICTIMS Unite and Occupy Zebra Xings – with Empty Pushchairs!

IMG_3993The idea to occupy zebra crossings was born in 2002, when Caul Grant, founder of the Campaign for Truth and Justice, and his supporters stood still on the one outside the Royal Courts of Justice. A Police Inspector told them “Just keep moving and you’re alright.”

For ‘empowerment activists‘ to stop the traffic again in Central London was quite an achievement on the first Empowerment Monday.

But even better: Scotland Yard have invited Caul to negotiate future plans!

This is therefore to invite you

  • to add ‘Occupy Zebra Crossings‘ to your portfolio of direct actions
  • to operate as support networks for empowering activities
  •  to organise yourselves into ‘empowerment networks’.

With Commitment sheets – to spell out what kind of support you are able to give:

  • e.g. number of hours during demo time – on Empowerment Mondays – outside the Royal Courts of Justice – or wherever
  • as regular speaker – or as occasional guest
  • as an online or offline activist.

With Empowerment Mottos and Slogans such as

re the justice system:

  • Judiciary Guilty of Criminal Acts
  • Shifting the Blame is the Name of the Game
  • White Collar Criminals get away with Murder

re victimisation

re child snatching aka state kidnapping

re online petitions and activities

re general repression and suppression

and anything anybody can think of. I can’t for the moment. Just want to get this good news out!

LAW BREAKERS can’t be Law Enforcers: the Slogan of the First ‘Empowerment Monday’

First Empowerment MondayMonday’s event outside the Royal Courts of 13 09 17 Quantum ActivistJustice was the result of Caul Grant who founded the Campaign for Truth and Justice telling his victimisation and starfighter story at a gathering of the Free Spirit Foundation.

This spiritual revolution will continue every Monday from 10am to 4pm. Afterwards, we network in The George opposite to relax the bones after demonstrating that:

  • Law Breakers cannot be Law Enforcers
  • the Judiciary is guilty of criminal acts
  • we demand compliance with the Rule of Law and equal application of the Law.

But the programme of events and implementation of actions will emerge as we dance between the real and the online world. In Leipzig, the demos started every Monday night and eventually brought the Berlin Wall down. We shall see and overcome!

Our overall objectives are:

  1. to break the silence that protects the ongoing corruption within the civil and criminal justice system – one of the seven deadly syndromes and seven media cover-ups
  2. to break the City’s Rule of Money and ensure Westminster’s Rule of Law by enforcing the Bank of England Act 1694
  3. to enforce Sir James Munby’s judgement of 05 September 2013 that calls for the court to adapt its practice to the realities of the internet and in particular social media.  More

THE BIGGEST GANG in Britain – Shining a light on the culture of police corruption

This book has 3 raving reviews so far. For it describes that and how the Hillsborough, Savile and ‘Plebgate’ investigations are NOT exceptions, but the symptom of

a culture of dishonesty, lies and often stupidity which has been accepted by the Government of the day, the judiciary and the public at large for many years

born so long ago, but allowed to fester and grow with the many examples and revelations which have continued until today with Hillsborough as only one shocking example.

So who are we with

BEN FELLOWS’ Walk Against Corruption 2013 – in his letter to Kenneth Clarke MP

Dear The Right Honourable Kenneth Clarke MP

You may not remember me but you groped me in Ian Greer’s office back in 1994, while I was working for the Cook Report.

Unfortunately, I’m reluctant to give you a chance to sexually assault me again for you to ascertain my identity, so you’re just going to have to take my word for it. If you remember you said that you were in Greer’s office so often that “Ian should put a parliamentary bell in his office so you’d know when to go and vote.” How we all laughed! Of course this is I understand a breech of parliamentary rules.

I have made a serious allegation against you concerning the sexual assault on me to  “Operation Fairbridge” which is part of the Metropolitan Police’s Paedophile Unit, as you at the time believed that I was fifteen years old. I actually wasn’t that interested in making a statement as you hadn’t sued me over my story. It was the Police’s idea not mine so perhaps you should take it up with them.

DCI Paul Settle who is in charge of the investigation informed me that if I were to make a half page statement they wouldn’t do anything. However, I was interrogated for eight hours and the statement was fifteen pages long. The Detective who took my statement said that it was detailed and of course she was anxious to get off as she had plans to have drinks with her Sargent. As former Justice Minister you will appreciate that surely nobody is or should consider themselves “Above the law”, so why are the Metropolitan Police claiming that you are? More
