Maurice Kirk in Prison instead of Hospital

Maurice Kirk, the most remarkable flying vet, had told me that he had July 20 as a date for a hip operation. But his medical records were not released in time.

Meanwhile, the Police finds a reason for arresting him again:

“Maurice Kirk rang me about 8.55am this morning from Cardiff Bay Police Station to say he was being held on some very vague suggestion that he may be charged with some Racially Agravated Public Order Offence.

At 9.55pm this evening he rang from the Police Station on his own mobile to say he was released from custody about 10 minute before, with a vague suggestion that he may receive a Summons for some unspecified offence.  Maurice has asked for a copy of the custody record, but Sgt 4637 is refusing to give it.”

One Response to Maurice Kirk in Prison instead of Hospital

  1. This is truly disgusting. It is the ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOURTH stitch-up.

Maurice has already won one hundred and twenty-three cases.

These disgusting police simply don’t like losing. It is not a question of guilt or innocence. It is a case of the police inventing yet another accusation in the hope of finally winning.

They still have not decided what the new lie is to be, as one can see.

Vexatious litigation by the authorities is a burden on his life. Ironically, although there is a European Court of Human Rights, and the UN created the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, there is no way of ENFORCING these laws.
