Is the Local Government Ombudsman delivering what he promises?

The Victims Commissioner recommended contacting the Local Government Ombudsman for individual complaints regarding local councils.

Unfortunately, Raymond Fox writes that they were a vast waste of time and helped those who needed to be covered up…

I know of at least two cases who should approach him. Let’s see whether he’ll turn out to be the first “responsible authority” who acts responsibly!…

    The only sticking piont with this is, “refered By the Police” to the comissioner.
