The Government has no plans for compensating victims of financial exploitation and legal oppression

11 01 10 Mark Hoban TreasuryNic Dakin is the MP for ‘veteran victim’ Stanley Embling.

He has been most supportive for Stanley directly, but also by asking the Government Questions with Written Answer.

Thus we learned that the Economic Crime Agency is meant to cover the needs that victims encounter, in terms of reporting fraud.

While we wait to hear WHEN this agency will start its work, we hope to influence it such that it will have a budget to compensate victims!

Meanwhile he was told that no such plan exists. Uphill with persuading them!

So does this mean what we are campaigning for, and hoping for will never actualy transpire in this life time?

Is legislation and reform needed to change a system that is comfortable with the staus qou, therfore change is not required, as they would see it.

Lets get the WI, Liberty the human and equal rights commisioner, the Financial services authority, the consumer protection board, trade unions, Mind, and Which magazine.

We need to get charitble status, by using the victims unite campaign for victims with “legal abuse syndrome” Complex PTSD.

  2. Colin Peters says:

Where ‘white collar’ crimes have been committed against us by solicitors, barristers and judges, we will have one hell of a problem.
Before any Economic Crime Agency can begin to consider compensation for the victims of lawyers it first has to acknowledge and prove the fact that so many of us are indeed victims.
But who is there that has the power to find against and overrule the judiciary?
Certainly not laymen. So will it be yet even more lawyers and judges???

  3. No, Colin, MPs and possibly investigative journlalists or other trustworthy celebrities or respectable people.
