From the Future of Legal Blogging to the next #lawblogs event

UK Human Rights blog is the admirable undertaking of Adam Wagner of 1 Crown Office Row barristers chambers.

He organised The future of legal blogging on 17 February and on 19 May another event will take place, with a bigger panel. I wish I could be there, but I’ll be abroad, caring for my mum.

However, I’ve submitted these questions:

1. when bloggers are subjected to a ‘reporting restriction order’ or an ‘injunction oder’ by a local authority, what is the correct procedure of service?

2. when the blogging company (WordPress and Blog.com in my case) only accept documents from solicitors or courts to revert their decision to delete entries, the implication is that bloggers need to take local auhorities to court. Is there another way of validating what to us seem to be fake and rogue ‘orders’?

Lets live in hope and believe that Justice Ward is a man of Honour! But in my opinion what’s happening here in the UK concerning the denial of one’s right to “free speech” is similar as what took place in Germany after the Reichstag fire of 1933….and that law on Legal Advice that stopped that happening in Germany was brought into being in 1935,(during Hitlers regime,) and remains ongoing (to this day,) throughout the EU (also in certain Dictatorships,) to the detriment of unwary “litigants in person” , whom when presenting their own case/s to court/s, believe they will get “Fair Hearings”, when in reality that law on Legal Advice from 1935 say they wont!

on the say so of solicitors? surely not…? if there’s two parties, and they both have solicitors, how can they do that and the opposite at same time? doesn’t make any sense….and how do you verify an even qualified solicitor? they dnt even give names either….same with teh Courts, even their official docuemnts are made to look like forgeries…..no name, spelling msiatkes (on the header!), no signature….they used to say it was verifiable on the ‘court stamp’…but i’ve never seen one that was stamped! just desktop printed ‘stamp effect’…..you cd do amore convincing job with a potatoe!
    they totally take the p**s…!
