Senior Police Officer compared ‘money grabbing’ defence lawyers to robbers

This article in the Daily Mail will be accompanied by lots of sighs of confirmation, I suspect.

I just wonder what makes the police officer say that “court have become so obsessive in their desiter to ensure a defendant has a fair trial”…

The absence of any trial and the lack of fair trials is what Maurice J Kirk BVSc has experienced amply. Now in HMP Cardiff without being given any reason and without his prescribed medication, he suffers, once again, from the extreme bullying and harassment by South Wales Police. More here.

  1. There is a framework in place. Corruption from the top. So we must start at the top & Gov. must be pressured to change the methods & tools available for complaints to be made. Get rid of current corrupt Government lackeys such as IPCC & Prison Ombudsman & replace with truly transparent & totally independent complaints bodies with power to act against corruupt practices in their field. The first steps to getting justice.

  2. I agree Tony – the public has to have confidence in complaints bodies and that is clearly not the case at the moment. A lot of people will not even bother to complain as they feel it is a waste of time. We need clearly independent and transparent bodies.

  3. Steve H says:

Oh please Mr Nothinkingatall – you are the ultimate hypocrite here. You call for transparent & independent bodies [correctly] yet you hide on numerous counts behind your own twisted jargon ‘anonymously’ while you chide and goad like a child Peter Oakes and myself. I have noted your parrot-style repettitive retorts at both Peterand I – Mr ultimate hypocrite.

  4. Steve – do us all a favour and mind your own business, you semi-literate moron. I am completely sick of you sticking your nose in where it is not welcome. My comments on this post have got fuck all to do with you, so why don’t you keep it that way.

You are a seriously weird man Steve. Very strange.

What ‘jargon’ do you talk about Steve? Try to be a little clearer when you write Steve. Take a deep breath, try to control your shaking hands and wipe the spittle from your chin before you type anything – that way maybe you will manage the occasional literate expression.

Keep calm Steve – everyone can see when you are wound up and making an even bigger idiot of yourself than usual. You need to chill a little – have you tried taking up knitting or some other relaxing pastime?

Come on Steve, relax a little, there’s a good chap.

  5. Steve H says:

The hypocrite split-personality / alter-ego and … perhaps of Sabine’s – has spoken. Your childlike parrot style retorts have been “Noted” – your attack mode is “always” on a personal level!!!! and nevr the content as in many other threads on “Sabines” Site.

I can defend myself against any deluded psychiatric soothsayer – MrS Sabine canthinkatall. Look up the words “Think” and “Aloud” – you duplicitous hypocrite.

  6. Bloody ‘ell Steve – I think you are losing it – obviously not the brightest button in the tin!

You accuse me of parrot-like style … and then, in your last two posts you write “I have noted your parrot-style repettitive retorts”
    “Your childlike parrot style retorts”

I did advise you to calm down a little, but it seems you are unable to do so.

One other question … what’s all this with the “Mr”. Do you think it sounds insulting or makes you look clever? I have to tell you that it doesn’t work on either level. It just makes you look ….. odd.

You do make me chuckle though, I’ll give you that!
