Statement of Intent to bring about Justice for our Children and victims of illegal practices

This is a copy of the letter that has been sent to the Prime Minister by Sam Edwards, CEO and Founder of One Voice for the Kids.

If you would like to adopt it and send your own version, please do so. It includes the announcement of a demo outside Downing Street on Friday, July 27th:

Prime Minister David Cameron,

This letter serves you a window of opportunity – from the people. It is not a request that requires an answer, but it does require a response – by way of action on your part that demonstrates that you understand its substance and the seriousness of our intent. The collective political establishment has betrayed the British people by transferring our national sovereignty to a foreign power without our consent. This is in defiance of our constitution and an act of treason, which is also occurring in many other countries claiming to protect human rights, but doing the opposite.

You do not need to know how many people we represent today, only how many we might represent tomorrow and you should know that our numbers grow daily. This letter thus serves as your window of opportunity to make amends and give remedy for the crimes committed against us. We will show compassion for those who recant and we will be unwavering in our attempt to oust those who do not concede to the wishes of the people. Be the Prime Minister the people would be proud of. Be the first Prime Minister to have the minerals and backbone to stand up for what is clearly the right thing to do. Be the first Prime Minister to stand up and say NO to the New World Order. Above all, be the Superman your children see you to be as my children see me.

This statement of intent is just that, it states our intent to – within the laws and legal frameworks of this realm – bring about justice for our children and those victims of illegal practices performed by statutory bodies.

We are making this statement with no hidden agendas and in concise, unequivocal terms to ensure absolute transparency of our meaning and intention to bring about meaningful and fair justice to a system that serves only those in power. No other meaning is implied and should not be inferred.

This is a statement of no confidence in the way we are governed.

We, the citizens of this kingdom, want to see true democracy reinstated as per the Magna Carta and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, to which this country has a proud standing with in the public face, but obviously lacks true commitment to. When good people seeking justice and fairness are silenced by a system that is there to protect the people and that system has been abused by those in power, then it is time to have our voices heard in numbers. When families are split apart, supposedly for the welfare of the children, anything other than causing emotional distress to the child, serves only to perpetuate a financial system.

When those in power have been given the power by those that have elected them and are no longer serving the interests of the people, then the people have little recourse but to take actions until their voices are heard and this nation is returned to true democracy. All we seek is justice, and if our voices are not heard or are silenced by a system that does not wish those voices to be heard, then basic Human Rights have little true meaning, and it is the ultimate in hypocrisy to occupy other countries under the claim that they are violating the human rights of their citizens, when the occupiers are committing crimes against humanity with their own people.

Which is why I am informing of Justice for the Stolen Children and the Lost Souls of the UK, is a protest that is scheduled to take place on the 27th July 2012, commencing at 10am outside of Downing Street. The remit and aim of this protest is to achieve the following:-

#1. Respectfully request a meeting with the Prime Minister, to discuss the many issues surrounding sexual abuse of children, forced adoption, secret family courts and child stealing by the state. We would like to meet you before this planned protest in July and deliver our proposals in person. Failure to grant us this meeting will result in this protest going ahead as planned. We request this meeting under article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:- “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers”.

#2. Produce an agreed-upon common strategy and to implement that strategy effectively to produce meaningful change.

#3. To define a common, agreed-upon unified strategy that all agreeable Against Child Abuse groups and local authorities can work towards in order to effect meaningful change.

#4. To define and agree upon methods by which Against Child Abuse groups and local authorities can move forward in a unified and coherent way in order to create meaningful and effective change.

#5. Request that the Prime Minister launch an immediate and full investigation in to the Hollie Greig Child abuse case and freeing Robert Green from Prison immediately.

#6. We want all Abducted Children Returned to their families immediately and a citizen committee formed to investigate Social Services Departments throughout the UK concerning issues of Forced Adoption and the Secret Family Courts, as well as access to all financial payout records revealing profits being made by all entities who participate in the abduction of children from families.

#7. We also seek an independent prosecutor who is not a member of the Freemasons or any other secret society owing allegiance to fellow criminal members be appointed to investigate the cases of Hollie Greig and Robert Green with citizen committee oversight to ensure that the truth comes to light, and that guilty parties are charged and prosecuted.

#8. Social Workers must be stripped of their immunity and charged with criminally negligent homicide for their responsibility in these 74 state sponsored homicides.

#9. Social Workers must be made accountable for their Actions in abducting and trafficking Our Children.

#10. We are calling for all judges and agencies involved in the Abduction/Kidnap and the Abuse of our children, stripped of their immunity for wrongdoing and charged criminally.
Mr Cameron, Justice and fairness is the root of every cause no matter what shape or form it may take, because if there was justice and fairness people would not feel the need to campaign against the lack of justice and to highlight it. I would at this point, like to raise a very valid point; during the early 60’s and 70’s, the Gay rights movement was formed. As the organisation grew, their people support network grew with it, just as ours is. The Gay Rights campaigners have managed in their time to create a new law that allows same sex marriages. A phenomenal achievement, one that stands as a landmark for like minded campaigns. My question is simply, if they can create a law which allows the same sex to get married, why can’t a law be introduced that automatically carries a mandatory life sentence for sexual abuse of children? This is the law we would like to see introduced and, sooner the better. Abuse victims/survivors do not receive any such reduction in their sentence for the amount of abuse they have endured, when the perpetrators is encouraged to plea bargain and state why they did what they did, in return, we will give you a shorter sentence. The rights of the perpetrator are observed and must be seen to be observed whilst the rights of the victims/survivors are being trampled on. It would suggest to me that the Government and Judges are more concerned with over crowded prisons than it is with justice.

Below are the Articles within the Universal Declaration of Human Rights that have been breached by statutory bodies within a land that prides itself in justice and fairness to all citizens. We, the people, intend to work towards restoring the balance and redress the issue that brings about the corruption of our Human Rights by people only serving their own ends and not true Democratic process within its real meaning. We make this statement of intent according to Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Humans Rights:-

Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 5.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 7.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8.
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.

Article 9.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

Article 12.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 19.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Let it be known that we seek to redress the issues within the legal frameworks of this (fair) land and to bring them into the public domain in order to enlighten and educate the citizens, and to seek methods by which these issues shall be corrected. The definition of “terrorist” is “political use of violence or intimidation”. We shall not tolerate terrorism of ANY government and their agencies against their peoples.

People are meeting in groups across the country, talking across oceans… they are disparate, disorganised and without an effective plan to repel the global agenda…as yet. BUT a leadership is emerging… organisers are co-ordinating and small groups are linking to form larger groups. Ignoring this letter is not an option…and to do so is to underestimate the seething resentment that the people feel for the political establishment in general.

Yours sincerely

brave man, but some people just ask to be murderd or worse….there is no ‘legal recourse’….but it’s certainly no crime to fight back! talking does not accomplish anything accept very bad things being made worse….

  2. Colin Peters says:

A nice try but surely wishful thinking.
    If only—.

  3. Derek says:

Many people have written similar letters to the PM before, but nothing ever comes of it. The PM will just pass the letter to his secretary who will reply saying “We are looking into the comments made in your letter, and will reply shortly”. And that’s the last you will hear of it. Write to them again and you get no answer at all. Been there, done that, and still the corruption continues as before. This country ceased being a true democracy some 30 odd years ago.

    • JM says:

only if you’re lucky….your name and address go on the list anyway, maybe they just pick a few at random for the violence…either way if they know where you live why are you still living there? IT’S NOT SAFE!

    • Everybody wants to die with the feeling they’ve tried their best. Empowering each other means applauding, supporting, cheering each other on – like a jazz band supports its soloists.

Together, eventually, we may just make the difference that Buckminster Fuller called the ‘trim tab factor’: the tiny change on the small rudder that turns the big rudder for the ship to change its course…

      • JM says:

true, and it’s hard not to sound negative, but everyone wants to be Sinn Fein, not IRA… actually can suffer more that way, in so many ways…enough people need to get oer the fear to make any kind of real difference….half a dozen coordinated Raoull Moat’s all on the same day may actually achieve soemthing! or mass suicide outside parliament?
Hadn’t heard Norman made it out, glad he did but where to?

      • Robert Dooran says:

‘half a dozen coordinated Raoull Moat’s all on the same day may actually achieve soemthing! or mass suicide outside parliament?’

I’m beginning to think that you’re trolling this site. It’s in very poor taste.

        • JM says:

the only reason you people have the power is because you are prepared to do the things that decent people aren’t…

      • Robert Dooran says:

Do you mean my ‘special powers’? Have you worked out what they are yet?

  4. john malcolm says:

I agree absolutely with everything said in Sam Edward’s petition.
What we need is a system of referendums where the pollys are constrained to implement the results, whether it suits them or not.
(Mind you, the real rulers of many countries are the big businesses and wealthy pressure groups that give huge sums to political parties quite openly and legally. If we restricted contributions to private individuals only,up to say,$5000 a year, that would solve much of the problem strait off)

  5. peter oakes says:

I do not know if it,s true ! but Tony Blair told me Robert Dooran
had paid £250,000 for dinner with D. Cameron and his brother the
QC that makes £2million a year from legal aid defending the indefencible
you know paedos, pufters, ac/dc groupies etc. and Nueberger Master of
the Rolls is pissed off cos, he only nicked Eberts house.

PS Tony was in the pub with L.Lucan. and a dodgy iraqi called Shergar.

    • JM says:

you really do come out with some bizarre crap sometimes…impossible to take u seriously, i stand by everything i say………even with a lil bit of hyperbole now and then!

    • Robert Dooran says:

      ‘pufters, ac/dc groupies’

What century were you born in? Did you fight in the Boer war?

  6. Robert Dooran says:

    ra, ra rarrggghhh!
