Can we get financial institutions to honour their commitments with social media?

This article in the Mail on Sunday is wonderful: first of all, it’s the personal experience of Robert Owen who has been one of the long-term victims turned starfighters and a director of SAFE, Struggle Against Financial Exploitation.

Secondly, it exposes, once again, the total dishonesty with which financial institutions operate – without anybody monitoring their “self-regulation”.

But thirdly: the reporter would like to hear from other victims. That’s NEWS!
