#REFERENDUM for #HumanRights Act: 225,000 signatures in less than a week! Everybody Knows #1984 Intentions, don’t we?

Good news for a change: the success of this petition:

Amazing success – clearly because of the simple way it formulates the rights that will be taken away – besides everything that is and has been happening despite the existing Human Rights Act!

Anyway, I couldn’t resist the temptation to make followers aware of this ‘onwards and upwards’ sign – despite and against all the odds, maybe…???

At the same time, I am still in exile and have to fear for my home of 30 years in London. BUT: thanks to the magic of net-working I learned of an American Advocacy organisation that wants to act on my behalf at nicely high levels.

The one-page story I wrote for them is here – as part of my book on a much less popular petition: to Abolish Forced Adoptions – against Parents’ Wills in the European Context.

Recently I read about the painter Marc Chagall:

While his contemporaries fled into abstraction, Chagall made the personal political and the political personal.

Well, I guess I’m doing all three, for I’m deep into my data science after a long time of passion for the whistleblower kids.

This is so terrible Sabine. Is falling on the trap. The Human Rights Act is a fake. This petition should ask for a proper Bill of Rights or a Constitution. By talking about taking this fake law they distract the attention from the fact that this Country has nothing in the hand of the citizens. Not even the Human Rights are on the hands of the people but given as prerrogatives of Tribunals. Is so sad. Take care anyway. You are doing a Great job. Sofia

Sabine has known for may years there are NO Human Rights in the UK. She
has repeatedly shown this situation in comments re: Victims Unite.

Corrupt british judges in a conspiracy with the Lord Chancellors Office Removed
Article 13 from the British Human Rights Act . ECHR the European Convention
Article 13 is the Right to a Remedy. British judges deleted your Rights.
This is for the European Commission to investigate !

It means of course all those families who,s children have been stolen re: kidnapped by
the State are Entitled to a Remedy and until this Right is restored millions of UK Citizens
are being denied Rigths under their status as Citizens of Europe.

The UK is Not a Signatory to ECHR they also deleted Article 1 the Right that guarantees
    all the other ECHR rights

You have being second class Europeans for years, denied your Rights in Plain veiw
no wonder the elite treat us with total contempt We are to dim the read the
Human Rights Act ! give it a google: then google: ECHR and spot
the deception before your very eyes, Cameron wants to cancel what we aint got!

You have never had human rights ! you are trapped in a corrupt monarchy same same
Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the republicans in Australia & Canada are far more savvy than
dumb brits. brain washed by the BBC and the Media.

Someone forward this to Nicola Sturgeon SNP the scots are treated worse than the
English and now they have MP,s in the House of Consmen they should create
    some noise !

  3. Jake Maverick says:

Laws not being enforced is the general problem, as well as bad one’s that are….and the contradictoryness of it all….

Sabine, really i dnt consider myself racist or anything but i would be a bit suspicious of anything American….what coming out of that political block has been the cause of most of the problems for the last twenty years…….and why would they be interested in you?

Wish I could offer something constructive, but i’m arguably worse situation than you, as is Sofia for that matter…:-(

  4. Alan M Dransfield says:

The Tory agenda is to scrap the HRA and they have already rubber stamped the closure of the FOIA 2000 with the recent Court of Appeal case ref C3/2013/1855 Dransfield v ICO, which now allows any rogue PA to rely on section 14(1) vexatious.
Hang your head in shame Cameron and where’s is the Shadow Government when you need them.

    • Jake Maverick says:

i’ve had no home for over 9 years now….I’m sorry once they take that from you you really are screwed 😦

  6. This is precisely the argument against MPs and the proposed 11% increase in their salaries. There can be no justification for such things when there are those who are at risk of losing what they have, or have already lost what they had. Too many suffer while politicians pretend cynical concern and rub their hands in silent satisfaction as they contemplate their own prospects. It is a strong reason for NOT paying politicians – until they deliver on their promises. That would be sure to concentrate their minds.
