Veteran #McKenzieFriend Patrick Cullinane RIP

16-11-16-patrick-cullinanePatrick Cullinane RIP

It is with great sadness that we confirm that Patrick Cullinane, the famous Common Law Lawyer, has passed away at the age of 66 years.

Concerned neighbours who had not seen Patrick for a couple of days alerted police to his home last Saturday where he was found deceased from a massive stroke.

Funeral Mass is expected to be in a couple of weeks time at Harrow and he will be buried in Ireland.

The people’s hero. . .

16-11-16-patrick-cullinane-2Patrick Cullinane was considered to be one of the leading activists representing the interests of the people throughout the UK and Ireland. Despite his own longstanding issues involving HMRC, the theft of his home and the determination to expose the establishment, Patrick worked tirelessly in looking after the everyday citizen “24-7-365” and was never afraid of any confrontation with authority – always prepared to stand and be counted, looking after his clients’ interests. He will be missed.

Dafydd Morgan says “I have known Patrick Cullinane for over ten years and have worked with him on many projects that were near to his heart. He was well respected by the communities here in the UK, Ireland and Internationally for his respect of human rights, Magna Carta and the rule of law. I have spoken to Patrick’s family and commiserated with them in their sudden and tragic loss. We will notify you further when we have any news updates in relation to the funeral arrangements.”

Patrick’s story is the 17th in the collection I created with a view to grouping cases to change the law.

  • 13 judges were to blame in his case alone!

In 2003, Philip Inman wrote in The Guardian This man was right all along.

Patrick certainly died knowing that he tried his best! For only those who’ve been hit and hurt themselves KNOW the difference between the myth of justice and the reality of corruption – at all levels: law and law enforcement, courts, lawyers, police, prisons.

He came to meetings of the Forum for Stable Currencies we organised at the House of Lords first and later the House of Commons where we also began to make video recordings.

Patrick addressed one of our meetings on 23 April 2009:

  1. Patrick my boy. You left a legacy. Up there with Suzon.
So sad the Welsh HM Partnership never gave you safe passage through the Principality. I told you ten years ago following persecution in Carmarthen “at least you got across the severn bridge alive”.
Ten years later the torment and persecution continued. They really got you this time.
The Cross Hands highwaymen did a good job this time.
The latest robbery and harm of beyond comprehension must have been the hardest of ordeal to overcome.
Having degraded you, robbed you, humiliated you and tortured you, the Welsh Authorities can’t get you now.
Rest in peace my most respected friend.

You know, I was thinking about Bill Cowsill in the last few days. He was the oldest boy of the Cowsills singing group and the core of it, too. His father was a cruel @$$hole, who also raped his own young daughter as well. Bill died of cancer in 2006. His dad had thrown him out of the family band for defiance. Bill would not put up with his dad’s crap. but it was also the end of his career. The father and family band disintegrated thanks to psycho dad.

What I have found or come to believe, is that major trauma in adulthood, can be enough to bring on cancer and early death. It can also raise blood pressure and cause calcification of the arteries which lead to stroke and heart attack. AFter what Patrick has been thru with evil government and land/home, it is no wonder that Patrick died at 66.

Injustice is not the end of suffering. It lingers and carries on, bring the eventual downfall of the body due to the internal and continually reverberating trauma forever active in the mind. There is a type of therapy that can bring those traumas up into consciousness to be felt and eliminated. It is used to treat mind control victims as well.

The evil of government and society is that the pain and damage they immediately cause is only the beginning. Then the person wears away, physically and mentally. I have watched my father’s mind degrade till he died. He was extremely emotionally deprived and was an @$$hole as a result so that the misery of the past is also passed on to the next generation. All part of the devil’s plan, of course. So take a rape for instance. It causes harm and the harm continues and effects the epigenetics and is passed on emotionally and physically and genetically.

I am sad to hear of Patrick’s passing. I have heard his videos and experience. I know first hand how that all works..Truth be told, Patrick was murdered. Not the typical way normally recognized but the way that psychologists and psychiatrists ignore and keep from the public with their phony practices. Without the brutal trauma done to Patrick, he might have lived another 10 or 20 years and been of good service to others in waking them up. We lost more than he did. Experience takes a lifetime to build. How easy to cut it so short.

We live in a very evil world. My advice? Seek Recovered memory therapy but look carefully for there are many phony therapists. Me, I take loads of nutrients. These compensate some of the damage done by trauma. I got plenty of trauma in me. That’s why I got such an attitude. It makes me a fighter. It has its usefulness. Life has a lot to teach us, if we are open and agreeable to it.

My sadness for Patrick and so many like him. I hope he was close to his creator so that he might live again. Nothing would please me more. for the rest. seek your creator. Its in your best interests.

So, so sorry to hear this sad news. The question of course will be raised ‘was he taken out’?

If it’s not quick killing cancer it’s a heart attack or a road accident.

    RIP Patrick

Let me put it this way, Jean. I would rule out nothing. But on the whole, given the major assaults made on him in his lifetime, it would not be a surprise for him to go at this age and manner. And in my opinion, either way was murder. One crime results in another.

My name is John Carroll age 75 and l live my life by the good and moral values our lord Jesus Christ had and lived by. My.story is mirror image of Patrick Cullinane
And yet l have been persecuted by the W.M.POLICE and a Conspiracy of solicitors and some District Judges /deputy that includes the staff of Birmingham Civil Chancery Division. Two files run side by side simultaneously. One l was made aware of NO CONTACT ORDER. The othere secret file l was not. I Still want back what they took without my knowing or consent.
Dear Patrick, I will prey that God will allow you to watch over me and guide me and expose these people who must be the devil’s decipels.

  5. Jake Maverick says:

so sorry to hear on this 😦

and yes reading first hand accounts of what happened….all very suspicious!

  6. Patrick was a good man, and a decent man who was at heart a real crusader. He never conceded defeat, although the evil perpetrated by those who sought his destruction was unrelenting. I heard about his death from Margaret Gomm, another victim he tried ti help.

Patrick’s voice was one of many who had suffered great injustice at the hands of the British Establishment, but his was also a courageous voice that refused to be silenced. He has paid the price with his early demise – no matter that death will appear to be from natural causes. Heart failure is the ultimate end for all of us; it is what caused that great heart to fail is what concerns all who have battled long and hard against the injustice that prevails in this country of ours.

The best epitaph – one worthy of this brave man, is to vow to keep fighting for that which is right so long as we have breath to do so. Dear Patrick, requiem aeternam dona eis Domine, et lux perpetua luceat eis.

Since first hearing this, I have hears lots of discrepancies in time, and circumstance. While I can not solve anything, I can say that most real conspiracies have time and circumstance discrepancies. Too many conflicting reports, which say to me, that Patrick is a victim of foul circumstances. I have a lot of faith in patterns. They have served me well. I’d like to see this solved. Lawyers and law are nothing but lies and treachery.

‘The People’ have always known that justice for the poor is a contrivance, a myth propagated by the establishment in order to calm their displeasure. The ‘system’ is set up so as to protect those who have too much from those who have too little. [The law locks up the woman who steals the goose from off the common, but it lets the thief go loose who steals the common from the goose]
