Manslaughter and misconduct charges for Hillsborough disaster police chiefs

Rotherham Politics

SIX people are to face criminal charges over the Hillsborough disaster and its aftermath — including former Chief Supt David Duckenfield, who faces 95 charges of manslaughter by gross negligence.

Mr Duckenfield was match commander at the FA Cup semi-final between Liverpool and Nottingham Forest on April 15, 1989, when 96 football fans died.

It’s a waste of time and money we know all those at the top will walk away. The people believe these enquiries and trials serve only to transfer taxpayers money into the pockets of charlatan’s.

somebody will turn up with a fake medical note to get off or something, or evidence will be ‘lost’….but apart from 28 years too late, far from enough….there were hundreds involved, all need charging….and not charging this one for the 96th death makes no sense either as people have been charged with manslaughter and murder in some cases when people have died decades later as a result from said injuries….:-(
